Description State-owned enterprise „Mariupol Commercial Sea Port‟ (hereinafter – the company) is main sea gate to the region of Donbas and is one of the four largest seaports of Ukraine. The company provides a large range of seaport services including transfer of cargo from railcars, motorway vehicles and river vessels to sea vessels, handling all types of cargo: bulk cargo, containers, heavy and oversize cargo. The company has a special terminal for handling coal with capacity of 5 million tons per year. The navigation period lasts through the whole year, however, for about 35 days a year the navigation requires icebreaking. The port has rail, highway and river connections with most countries of the CIS. The director manages the company‟s operations to achieve the operational and financial targets, exercises control of operational, commercial and social activities. Exercise personal responsibility for delivering on business plan targets in all aspects of the company‟s operations, including financials, relations with authorities, investment community, risk management, attraction of financing, etc. Increase operational efficiency of the company and influence on key business processes; Represent interests of the company and build constructive working relations with all target audience: investors, key clients, suppliers, banks, authorities, industry associations and other organizations; Manage projects to improve organizational and operational processes; Embed European values of client service in corporate culture.

At least 5 years of experience in executive position; Successful management experience in large companies with over 500 employees; Successful managerial experience in maritime and river transportation will be an advantage; Knowledge of the principles of corporate governance, budgeting and strategic planning; Knowledge of prospects and trends in the relevant industry; Work experience in international companies in Ukraine or abroad or in companies which perform foreign economic activities will be an advantage Winner of the contest must obtain Ukrainian citizenship before concluding the contract
