Also, the new Affinity bags use RePet 100% recycled polyester fabric made entirely from recycled plastic bottles that would otherwise have ended up in landfill. Our ‘Retail Ready’ carrying solutions are designed for quick, easy and profitable decoration. Screen prints, transfer prints, embroideries, appliqués, rhinestones… BagBase products provide the perfect canvas for all types of branding.
Decorating our bags is always a joy, and never a chore, thanks to the innovative EasyPanel™ and EasyPocket™. The zip-off EasyPanel™ can be completely removed, decorated, and zipped back on in no time at all. The EasyPocket™ is even simpler to use: lift it out of the way, add your embroidery to the outside of your bag, then drop the pocket back into place, covering the stitches and backing inside.

We’re further expanding your decoration options, and creative horizons, in 2015 with the launch of our new Sublimation range. The 15 polyester bag styles are made specifically for dye sub printing. Every product boasts a ‘press‑optimised’ decoration panel with HD sublimation image surface that’s just crying out for full‑colour, photorealistic images.
Throughout this brochure we have included the following decoration information, where applicable. The product has an EasyPanel™/EasyPocket™ to facilitate easier decoration.
The re-branding of BagBase products has never been easier with our TearAway labels. We’re always looking to improve our products and we are constantly responding to evolving customer requirements and market demands. Our TearAway labels do just that, answering directly to the growth of the re-branding market.
These sheets provide fibre composition data (in 23 European languages), as required by EU regulations, and care instructions by way of internationally recognised care symbols.
Look out for the TearAway logo, which appears next to every product carrying the labelling system.
Imprint area - The figures within the blue box represent the maximum dimensions, in centimetres, for a screen printed or transfer applied logo at the suggested location.
Flat bed hoop - the product can be embroidered on a flat bed or drop-table embroidery machine. The number denotes the maximum hoop size. Tubular hoop - the product can be embroidered on a droptable embroidery machine only. The number denotes the maximum hoop size.
This information is given as a general guide only. Products should always be tested to confirm suitability for a particular decoration method.
The TearAway labels comprise a front ‘sheet’ with brand, style and address information. This is made from easy-tear fabric and can be removed in seconds to leave an unbranded ‘Retail-Ready’ product. Behind this front sheet are additional sewn-in sheets made from traditional satin-type label fabric.
