Wow, I can’t believe the holiday season is already upon us. It feels like 2014 flew by but what an amazing and rewarding year it has been. Our mini mioche community has grown so much this year and I am incredibly grateful for every one of our amazing friends and customers, both big and small. So this holiday season, we celebrate and toast you and your families because without you, we would not be where we are today. Elizabeth Begin Again Bath Toy Turtle: Makes bath time fun, and it’s the brightest, most beautiful green! The turtle, and his friends, are perfect stocking stuffers.
Kara S’well Bottle: It’s rare to find a good bottle that works for both hot and cold and I’m obsessed with how well this bottle works for both.
Katie Cate and Levi Slippers: Not only are these cozy and cute, they’re eco-friendly (made from recycled sweaters) and handmade in Canada! What could be better?
Callia Finkelstein’s Lamb Plush: This little guy is too adorable for words! Not only is he a great sleeping companion but his cuteness will bring a smile to the face of any lucky gift-getter.
Kat Happy Romper: The only problem with this cozy, 100% organic fleece cotton romper, is that it doesn’t come in my size!
Maddy I Want My Hat Back: Likely the best book ever written about a bear having a hat related existential crisis. The illustrations are adorable and hilarious. Sure to be a future classic!
Anne Mustachifier: Class up the holiday photos with an extra-dapper, mustachioed little one! These things are hilarious.
Yael Padraig slippers: Ideal for the winter season - so cozy and warm. Perfect to relax in during the holidays with the family!
Genevieve Riding Hood Cardi. Basically, I want this in my size - as far as children are concerned, it is an easy article of clothing to get on without a fuss and a simple, cute layering piece for the chilly months to come.
Shosh Riley Rabbit: The bestest snuggle partner. The stuffy I would have wanted as a child... and as an adult.
Alex Toot Book: I love giving books as gifts, and giving a book that will make someone laugh is the best feeling. Toot is a hilarious board book that is all about, you guessed it, tooting. Bonus: “I toot in my suit� is something we can all relate to.

chapter 5 our mini story
THE IDEA mini mioche was founded in 2008 by Alyssa Kerbel after the birth of her daughter. Alyssa found it difficult to find great, simple basics especially in neutral colours, so drawing upon her decade long experience in the fashion industry, she set about designing her own collection of infant and kids fashion basics.
CANADIAN MADE FROM START TO FINISH From the beginning, mini mioche has done things differently than most apparel companies. Every piece of mini mioche clothing is made from start to finish in Canada. All of our fabrics are knit from organic cotton yarn to our specification in Toronto and are made exclusively for us. The fabrics are then dyed locally using low-impact, non-toxic, re-usable dyes. Our clothing is cut and sewn in Toronto by seams people that we know are treated well and are paid a fair living wage.
A BETTER PLANET FOR OUR LITTLE ONES All mini mioche marketing materials and bags are printed on recycled matter and we don’t ship anything in unnecessary plastic. Our goal is to leave the planet a little better for our children than when they arrived on it and we believe that every little bit helps.
