Ministry of Agriculture host several Information & Awareness Meetings

In December 2022, The Ministry of Agriculture held the 1st Information and Awareness Meeting centered on the National Agricultural Crop Expansion Programme which is geared towards increasing crop production to satisfy the growing international demand.

In January 2023, the meetings continued in all agricultural regions throughout St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Each meeting had an excellent turnout where farmers were given the opportunity to share their views. Discussions on the building of a production platform with rising demand for produce in light of the emerging markets were also held.
