LAKESIDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Sound volume licensing 1 – LICENCING The extra sound license does not allow loud music until 02 am, it states that the legal noise limits must be respected, as per law “artigo 11º do decreto-lei nº9/2007 de 17 Janeiro”. This law states the activity that implies noise must be developed inside the establishment in a way to safeguard and respect the neighbors right to rest. The person requiring this special noise license must respect the legal restrictions, being responsible for any arising complaints. When authorized, this special noise license allows music until the requested hours, nonetheless, from midnight onwards, the volume needs to be decreased in order to safeguard the right of the neighbors to rest. The presence of the authorities due to complains may lead to the full stop of the sound / music.
2- SOUND POWER / DECIBELS A maximum of 82 decibels is allowed by the city hall to Lakeside.
LAKESIDE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS All equipment must be connnected to the installed sound limiter, as this is compulsory by law ( CESVA LRF – 05 ) http://www.cesva.com/en/products/logger-limiters/lrf-05/ . In the case of live bands, all instruments and sound equipment (including acoustic instruments) have to be connected to the sound limiter. Music in this venue is allowed until Midnight. 3 – SPEAKERS / ORIENTATION All sound system must be oriented towards the sea and ground. Subwoofers can only be placed on the lower floor / dance floor, facing the sea and also connected to the sound limiter.
4 – RESPONSABILITY / AUTONONMY The hotel has the right to lower the volume in case of a serious noise complaint.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. RATES The presented prices in the Banqueting Kit are per person. Prices can be modified anytime without prior notice,being subject to change due to variations in legal taxes, charges or levies. In case of need of extra service hours, there will be an extra charge of € 400,00 per hour, up to 12pm. After 12pm will apply an extra charge of € 5,00 per person, per hour. The presented regulations consider events at the Lakeside space.
2. RATES INCLUDE V.A.T. Taxes. Direct access from outside with parking for cars and buses. Direct access from outside for trucks for loading and unloading. Ramp access and bathrooms for clients with reduced mobility. To hold an event at Lakeside, please consider the presented prices in the Banqueting Kit and Rental fee for the space (from 5.000,00€ to 15.000,00€).
3. RATES DON'T INCLUDE Space climate. Sound. Entertainment. Cloakroom service.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS 4. CONFIRMATION OF MENU AND NUMBER OF GUESTS Final numbers are required 15 days prior to the reception, being these the numbers considered for final payment. In case of last minute decrease of number of guests, the original numbers confirmed will be considered for final payment. Any increase in the numbers attending will be charged accordingly. Full menu details are required 15 days prior to the event.
5. CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING AND DEPOSITS To confirm a reservation: 50% deposit is required, based on total estimated amount. Remaining payments: 25% up to one month before the day of the event. 25% up to one day before the event.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 7. FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY Neither external food nor beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought into Lakeside premises by guests. The hotel reserves the right to request special permission for this, and charge for the service of external food items or beverages.
