Why MOA? The Michigan Osteopathic Association (MOA) is one of the largest statewide osteopathic organizations representing more than 8,000 osteopathic physicians and medical students in Michigan. Intern Resident Committee The MOA Intern-Resident committee participates in all MOA activities and functions. Intern-Residents have 7 delegates and 4 alternates at the MOA House of Delegates.

This award honors and recognizes outstanding osteopathic residents from Michigan who go above and beyond to bring a sense of pride to the profession.

MOA Advocacy

The MOA lobbies legislative and administrative agencies on political issues that affect how health care is delivered. We work hard to ensure the osteopathic voice is heard in the development of Michigan’s health care policies.

CME Credits The MOA hosts the state’s largest annual convention for AOA Category 1-A CME Credits. Recently, CME offerings have

expanded to three conventions, hosted across Michigan from both coasts to the upper peninsula. Members receive a discount on ALL convention fees. As an MOA member you have the opportunity to purchase health, dental, or vision insurance for you, your family and your staff.
