‘MI PIACI’, IN ITALIAN MEANS…‘I LIKE YOU’. After the chill of winter, what a sensory pleasure it is to float into the heavenly surrounds of the Italian Riviera; saturated with colour, texture, history and style. Shot in a picturesque sea-side village near Portofino, the backdrop of our Spring/Summer 13 Collection is a canvas of villas with trompe l’oeil frescoes on their faÇades, seemingly stacked into the surrounding cliffs. Against a palette of cool olive groves, warm earthy tones of the architecture and the piercing blue Mediterranean Sea, we are delighted to showcase this season’s styles. Clean designs, inspired colour statements and modern neutrals are key for both footwear and handbags. Essential metallic accents are re-invented. White ranks highly as well as fresh graphic elements, set to become enduring European trends. At sunset the village turns deep amber, infused with heat and memories.
