My internship at Landrum and Brown consisted of a variety of aviation planning work. For this project, I analyzed the Generalized Existing Zoning / Future Land Use Plansarea surrounding this airport which was undergoing potential zoning changes due to sound from it’s activity. L&B was hired to develop sound studies and evaluate the zoning to see how it will effect local parcel cost and value. That’s when I organized this map in GIS.
