Mirame ESM™ Mirame Enterprise Surveillance Manager (ESM) is an enterprise class video surveillance management and recording application designed to operate with commercial off-the-shelf IP cameras, servers, switches and storage. Through an HTML interface both users and administrators can access the system from any network computer through a secure SSL encrypted log-in. Based on a SQL database engine, Mirame ESM has the ability to seamlessly support unlimited cameras, locations, and users across a distributed infrastructure while offering hardware independence and centralized management. As a HTML based application, Mirame ESM removes the need to install or license client software to access live or recorded video across the surveillance platform. The advanced map navigation, thumbnail search, synchronized multicamera playback, and alarm monitoring interface provides the most advanced unified video management software platform available in the industry today.

Architectures Standalone Architecture The standalone architecture leverages a single server for the ESM software in conjunction with IP cameras or encoders on a local network. Depending on the processor and storage capabilities of the server up to 120 cameras can run on a single server.
Distributed Architecture The distributed architecture leverages a separate management server and one or more recording servers for more scalable applications. Each recording server operates autonomously while supporting autorecovery and self-healing capabilities.

Centralized Architecture The centralized architecture is used when remote IP cameras are in place and adequate bandwidth is available from the camera for centralized management and recording. This model has no limit on the number of cameras, locations, and users it can support.
