Develop a housing complex in Musa Musa is located in the district of La Molina, at the southeast area of Lima; it has neither urban equipment nor sidewalks nor pedestrian ways. It is located among sedimentary plains, hills and low slopes that grow taller towards the east (Andean foothills), in the typical desert context of the Peruvian coast. La Molina Avenue divides Musa into two sectors: A. The popular area, formed like a housing cooperative and by an urban invasion: “Settlement El Arbolito”; both of them has no planned public areas. B. The quarry of Musa, with characteristics of the Peruvian coastal

About the Project 03 Canchas (Courts)

The complex of houses in Musa must contain an order within the order of things. As Louis Khan stated: “order supports integration” (Order is, 1955). Thus, the circumference (perfect geometric and organizing place) is chosen as the model for the housing project in Musa. vertical circulation

Three circumferences are conceived to intersect and create the “courts”, with a central organization of introverted scheme. They are surrounded by blocks of housing (radial organization), forming a concentric court. People revolve around it and every one sees each other.
