Andrijana:Asawomanintech,thechallengesIfaced earlierinmycareerweredefinitelymorepronounced. Beingyoungandambitioussometimesexposedmeto bias.I’vehadthemisfortuneofworkingwithindividuals whoreinforcedthatbias,butI’vealsobeenincredibly fortunatetohaveworkedwithpeoplewhobelievedinme andsupportedmyjourney.Thosealliesmadeasignificant difference,andI’mdeeplygratefulfortheir encouragementandmentorship.
Ibelievebiasesexistinmanyfields,notjusttech,and whiletheycanbediscouraging,I'vealwayschosento focusonwhatIcancontrol.Evenwhenthingswerehard, Irefusedtogiveup.Instead,Ilookedforbetter,more creativewaystoapproachchallengesandstrovetodeliver meaningfulworkthatmadeanimpact.

Besideswork,ItrytomaketimeforthingsI enjoyandthathelpsmerelax.Ilovereading wheneverIcan,butsometimesIjustenjoy aquietnightwithNetflixanddoingnothing. IevendidaSpartanRacewithsomeofmy SAFAcolleagues—itwasfunand memorable.Ialsolikespendingtimein nature,doingpuzzles,andlearningnew things.
