COVID did throw some challenges for the Food & Beverage industry. Given the fear of scarcity, the demand for food increased exponentially. If we look at the bigger picture the onus was on the whole food and beverage industry—which already was struggling with the challenges—to meet the demands. But they came to the rescue, companies altering their policies and prioritizing employee health while striving to meet the demands.
