What I tried to do in this project was to design a mediatech library which tend to be interesting for the city of Volos, in order to attract not only studens or people who want to study, but also citizens of Volos. That; is the reason that library is consisted of three parts. The first part is the two columns left and right which contains only books. The ramps between this
columns contains the ither function of the library.Their inclination is 10% exceot for a ramp which constitute the exhibition area. On the top level there is an area where some visitors could sleep. On the ground floor I have designed a square for students and visitors as well as for citizens of the city. Last but not the least, on basement, is located the auditorium.

The site in which we had to study was next to bus station in Thessaloniki, Greece. We were asked to draw residence and to create a masterplan. Our basic idea was to make a comunity that whatever it would use, it would be recycled. So, we designed areas for water and sun collectors, wind turbins , as soon as, factories that recycle rubbish. The concept of the creation of the houses was the atrium. Each apartment depend-
ing on its size, consequently on the number of people which live in. Each apartment has a loft where a bedroom is located. In the area, except for housing and the facilities which are found between the two rows of block of flats, there are also youth houses [next to bus station in case of their living] and shops [market are] which include labs with objects which materials are coming from the recycling factories. The public area between the two rows
of youth houses is consisted of facilities which have to do with hobbies of the young people, students probably.

The main idea stems from the existing way of building on Santorini, where the houses look as if they had fallen like snowflakes on a mountain. The way our hotel is structured is a potential continuation of these falling “snowflakes” on the

hill, which ultimately creates a compact volume on the lowest part of the superstructure, where the main functions are located. The isolated volumes, which house the guestrooms and the look-outs are connected to the rest of the hotel through a system of diagonal transfers by lift following the slope of the hill within the vacuum
we have created inside the mountain. The hotel is placed on the lowest part of “Caldera”, in order to take advantage of the view and have direct access to the pier, as well as easy accessibility through the port of Athinios.

This market place is located in the centre of Athens instead of a square that there is now in this place. We tried to draw a square where people could buy fruits, vegetables and spices, products which in the existing situation are being sold in the neighborhood. From the metallic skelton which is situated in the square are being hanged platforms where someone could find other facilities, mainly for having a rest.

Tree parasite student house VOLOS [GR] 2009
We were called to choose a site in which we would draw a house for a student in Volos. It is placed in the St. Konstantinos park by the seaside of Volos where a student could have quite and vivid life at the same time. The project deals with the possible power of the relation between the building and the environment and examines the way in which new relations could be activated in the urban space. The placement of the building in the exist-
ing urban formation is regarded as a separate object, a parasite. The student house tries to be intruded into the place and take advantage of the positive spots of the environment such as the park, the trees, the sea but at the same time tries to be embodied in it.

In a socially and environmentally degraded region, in Xerias river, we propose the construction of a high school, as a bridge. The school bridges not only two but many different situations. Consequently, it is created a pleasant school environment, in a natural landscape , which is reformed to give to the city that is coming to this direction and to Dimini, a public place, in and next to the river. Using as a basis the Waldorf theory, we propose
a school which is directed to the education “next to the nature� as well as the artistic approach of the subjects. Except for the school, it is given to the area a meeting point for different people at the public school facilities (library, amphitheater, sport facilities, cafeteria) at the time that the school is closed.

The school has several unique places that make the pupil’s school life more interesting. The nature of this high school is very different, open and it is highlighted the public chaaracter. Also, the nature “penetrate“ the school very often and connect the children more and more with
the natural environment of the river and the rural area. In addition to that, during spring and summer, the lessons take place outdoor. There are located classes also outside to the normal classes and when the temperature rises, the furniture and the shades are moved and the children take les-
sons outside. The same situation is happening in the workplaces too. A large part of the facade is metallic shades that are easily movable so that thermal and optical confort could exist the whole year.

Exhibit the vains volcano museum LANZAROTE [SP] 2010
The main concept of the project derives from the volcanic structure. In a volcano, the lava flow begins at the magma chamber, goes on to the main vent or other secondary vents and finally abuts to the crater. No part of this process is visible from the outside apart from the final phase of the lava flow. The museum flow begins at the entrance chamber; it is then distributed to the main and secondary corridors and reaches the exit, after passing throughall the smaller chambers. Each function of the program has its own cavernchamber, based on the volcanic rocks. The main chamber houses the permanent exhibition, at the base of the
museum. It does not have a ceiling. There are ten more functions housed in chambers around the museum, at different levels, divided into five groups of two. Each group consists of two chambers and a secondary corridor that crosses the main walkway. TAs the flow begins from the entrance room, the first group encountered consists of the offices, the conference room and the theater. The second group is composed of the first of three temporary exhibition rooms – the content of which varies depending on the theme of each exhibition –and the first look-out, which offers a panoramic view of the crater next to the museum. The third cluster includes the second
temporary exhibition room as well as the audiovisual chamber, comprising monitors projecting videos of volcanic eruptions and interactive equipment. The fourth group of functions, composed by the café/restaurant and the third temporary exhibition room. The final junction encountered leads to the museum shop and the second observatory with a view of the Atlantic Ocean, and the main chamber with the permanent exhibition. The flow ends when the visitors find themselves in the crater, only a few meters away from the parking lot.

In the centre of Athens,a problematic region because of the huge amount of the immigrants, the drug dealers and the homeless people, there is right now the feeding centre for homeless. We tried to redesign it, adding residence. This complex of units, also, would be consisted of kitchens and restaurants. The main concept of this project is the cultivation.

Villa LARISSA [GR] 2007
In a suburb of Larissa I was called to redraw the interior of a villa, the views and the construction details of the house. Except for this, it was necessary to draw the formwork plans for all floors. It was a very good introduction in detailed construction drawing.
