Experience a combination of two Japanese spiritual practices. Shinrinyoku is a guided meditation in the forest known as nature bathing. After bathing your spirit in the forest you’ll change into a Japanese yukata and meditate under an invigorating waterfall. This is the Japanese practice known as Takigyo.
