1. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PART ABOUT WORKING IN YOUR WORK CENTER (MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO)?

My favorite part of working as a Formal/Civilian Training Manager is the value that I feel from leadership. Also, I enjoy assisting Air Force members access professional military education.

2. WHAT DO YOU WISH THE MISAWA COMMUNITY KNEW ABOUT YOUR PROGRAMS?

The Civilian Training office provides Training Funds for Civilian employees which also includes local nationals. We support our employees by providing resources to improve their skills to meet the needs of the mission.

3. WHAT IS YOUR BEST MEMORY WORKING IN YOUR WORK CENTER OR FIELD?

Our team attended the FSS Holiday party and we created our own earrings using Christmas ornaments! It was such a fun night!
