INFINIE
SYNERGY
Iconic merging of organic and rigid structure. Rigid concrete box where basic services dwell A flow net houses the patterns of circulation and energy flow.
The infinite synergy concept is inspired from the contentious cooperation between land and sea to achieve greater good. As synergy is the act of two agents together that the whole is greater then the sum of parts. The site is great example of synergy and that is reflected in the design of the building where two types of masses merge together to accommodate functions in a way not either of them could f it into individually .

Bank Headquarters
Bank Nizwa is the first Islam bank in the Sultanate. Islamic banking is based upon the concept of honesty. Its concept states that the three parts of co-financing (owner, provider, assets) must truly exist. This design of the headquarters building is an attempt to combine these three aspects under one roof. The building is a cube that includes parts that serves different ends of financing including the people. The block that faces the public thrives up to the sky in a sense of power and growth.
The site location played an important role in the design concept. It is situated in a developing commercial area between 3 of the most prominent cities in the sultanate. This allows the building to stand out, while micro circulation patterns within the site allows it to be interconnected with the surrounding.

COMMUNITY CENTER
NATURA SHELTER When a function is needed it is achieved naturally by human behavior and buildings are designed as an envelope to make functions easier for us. This center is made in a way to not affect the surround flow of circulation and environmental factors but to work with these patterns and achieve sustainable improvement. The building shall not be an obstacle in any way it provides walk ways to existing circulations and shelter to naturally created spaces. The courtyard and the interior are being treated with different directions of vertical and horizontal lines reflecting the usage of linear shading devises on the facades.
The courtyard and the roof garden are main characters of the building. They are designed to provide shading and cool down the heat as well as to replace the vegetation that is taking down to place the building.
