Introduction As a requirement of my Practice Teaching experience I was asked to create a special project for the school in order to leave a legacy. Even though many projects were made during the entire semester this one was my special project. I decided to create a magazine for the school so students could publish their work, pictures and learn more about everything in a fun and dynamic way. This magazine will be divided in volumes for each semester. I hope that you guys enjoy what I created for you and that the learning process never stops for you.

HEALTH

Do you really think you take care of your ears? We know that humans, animals, aliens and ghost have ears‌ right? Ok, maybe just humans and animals, but how often do we take them for granted?

The ear is the organ of hearing and balance. It is divided in three sections: outer ear (the part we see), the middle ear and the inner ear. But, the ear is also connected to the brain which transmits impulses to the brain by identifying the vibrations with different sounds.

There are many causes for hearing loss and some of them are:  Noise  Age  Earwax  Foreign Objects  Ototoxic Medicine  Ear Infection and more….

Did you know… Elephants can hear another's trumpeting calls up to 5 miles (8 kilometers) away

DID YOU KNOW?... OCTOBASS!!! Constructed in 1850 by certifiable genius and fan of massive string instruments JeanBaptiste Vuillaume, the Octobass is a chuffing massive double bass that stands at 3.48m tall. Which is ridiculous, really, seeing as it's too big to play with the hands - there are elaborate foot-pedals to make it possible. Apparently Berlioz was a fan, and wrote about it in his treatise on orchestration.
