What we did know was that it would take a bold plan of action and a willingness to transform to bring about meaningful and measurable change in our school, programs, and culture, and to inspire and engage our students in extending that change beyond the walls of Marlborough. To that end, we are proud to share with you Marlborough’s Strategic Plan for 2020–2025, Redefining Excellence. I believe deeply in the strength of this school, this community, and now also in this plan as a north star for our work together as we challenge each other to realize our vision for a world where equity leads education. It will not be easy, but nothing important ever is.
