Stale white / whole grain / spelt / sourdough bread
750 ml 100 g
Milk (vegetable or cow, you can also replace half the milk with water) White / spelt / whole grain flour

Serve with butter / margarine / olive oil / parmesan / fine yeast / fresh cut tomatoes
Why is this recipe special to you? „Gnocchi is a warming, hearty, winter dish. My mom used to make the most amazing Gnocchi and we celebrated this occasion on Sundays. So now I will do it, on Mondays, with the leftover bread form the weekend.“
