Guava hulls in Syrup

Guava

500 g

Sugar Water

1 pinch

Salt

For more enjoyment, it is recommended to add cheese when serving.

Peel the guavas, cut them in half and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. Place them in a pot with just enough water to cover them; let them boil for 10 minutes. Remove ¾ of the water, add the sugar and salt; boil until the syrup is ready (approximately 20 minutes). Serve and enjoy this delicious dessert.
