INGREDIENTS 90 g
Flour
90 g
Nut-fruit musli / oat
60 g
Almonds
50 g
Oil (e.g. sunflower)
4 tbsp
Cashew paste

Dates Cardamom
INSTRUCTIONS 1
Soak the dates in warm water so they become soft. Preheat the oven: 160°C.

Mix all dry ingredients with a mixer. Add all other ingredients and mix until the dough is even

Put some flour on the counter and knead the dough thoroughly with your hands. Create cookie portions with a big spoon and form them with your hands. Optional: Put an almond in the middle of the cookie.

Bake in the middle of the pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. Let them cool off a bit and then enjoy!
