One Truth God desires everyone that is saved to have a personal relationship with Him. Yet, when it comes to the Word of God we cannot have our own personal interpretation of it.
This is how people are led astray: when some person gets up of their own volition and begins to tell a group of people what they have always heard, or always thought, or have supposed to have been right without the Spirit of God to guide them.
2 Peter 1:20-21 “Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophe- 1 Peter 4:11 “If any man speak, let him cy came not in the old time by the will speak as the oracles of God.” of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” We cannot speak our minds or our own opinions, but we must speak the This should yet be the case today. No Word. The oracles of God were the one should presume to get up and scriptures they had at that time (ref. speak for God, except as they are Romans 3:2, Acts 7:38) and Peter was moved upon by the Holy Ghost. saying that whatever was taught must line up with the Word of God. We cannot speak except as God gives us what to say. No matter who it is or 2 Timothy 4:2-3 “Preach the word …” what their titles, no one should get up except God has given them a word to Here, it is stated plainly. Paul instructed speak to His people. One Truth thoughts or his opinions, but the word of God; pure and straight as God willed it to be preached. 1 Timothy 4:16 “Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.” The doctrine is the truth that Jesus taught. There is only one doctrine, one teaching, and one truth that the people of God have taught and lived by and that’s the doctrine of Christ. The Word of God refers to it in one place as the apostle’s doctrine (ref. Acts 2:42). Yet, we know and understand that Jesus commissioned the apostles to go into all the world and teach all nations to observe the things that He had taught them (ref. Matthew 28:19-20); therefore, it is the same doctrine. John 5:25 “… they that hear shall live.” Our spiritual life depends on hearing the Word of God and hearing the voice of God. John 10:27 “My sheep hear my voice …”
“The doctrine is the truth that Jesus
taught. There is only one doctrine, one teaching, and one truth ...”
1 John 4:6 “We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.” If we don’t hear and take heed to the Spirit of truth, we’ll be more likely to be deceived by the spirit of error. 2 Timothy 3:13 “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” The only cure for falling under the seductive sway of the spirit of error (the power of deception) is receiving the love of the truth.

One Truth 2 Thessalonians 2:10-11 “… they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” God is faithful to show you what’s right, but as Jesus warned, you must walk while you have the light (while you see it clearly) or darkness will overtake you (ref. John 12:35). John 8:32 “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” Free from the bondage of sin and free from the spirit of error. 2 Peter 2:18 “…those that were clean escaped from them who live in error.” Take heed to what you are instructed. Make sure it lines up with the word of God and that it is sanctioned by the Spirit of God. Be not deceived in this time of gross confusion.
“Take heed to what you are instructed. Make sure it lines up with the word of God and that it is sanctioned by the Spirit of God.”

The Enemy’s Devices 2 Corinthians 2:11 “Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.” Satan uses the same devices over and over to a great effect. Yet, we must educate ourselves to recognize the devil’s devices, tactics, and strategies. One of Satan's most used devices is deception. 2 Corinthians 11:3 “But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtility, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.” The simplicity of Christianity can often be lost if we are not careful. God didn’t design our Christian walk to be especially confusing to us. The word of God confirms this, saying in one place, “the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein” (Isaiah 35:8). In another place, “Thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes” (Matthew 11:25, Luke 10:21). God’s way is plain. He doesn’t want us to try to figure out where we’re going, when we’re going to get there, or what we’re going to do when we get there. He just wants us to follow.
“God didn’t design
our Christian walk to be especially confusing to us.”
Jesus gave Peter one commandment in John 21:19, “follow me.” When Peter asked about John, Jesus said, “… What is that to thee? Follow thou me” (ref. John 21:22). One of the devil’s greatest tactics is to make salvation more complicated that it really is. Let’s look at it simply. Webster’s Dictionary defines salvation as: “the act of saving or state of being saved, as from harm or loss. A means of being saved. Theology: deliverance from the power and penalty of sin.” Does that definition agree with the word of God?

The Enemy’s Devices Matthew 1:21 “And she shall bring forth a son and thou shalt call His name Jesus, for He shall save His people from their sins.” John 1:12 “But as many as received Him, them gave He power to become the sons of God.” Romans 6:18 “Being now made free from sin …”
If you’re been made free from sin, you’re no longer in bondage to sin. John 8:34-36 “…Whosever committeth sin is the servant of sin. And the servant abideth not in the house for ever, but the Son abideth ever. If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” So we see by the word of God that when you get saved, you are made free indeed from sin. In other words you are delivered from the power and penalty of sin; not just the penalty of sin, but also the power of it. This means you no longer have to sin. There’s no sin that you must commit.
“This means you no longer have to sin.
There is no sin that you must commit.”
Now what is sin? James 4:17 “To him that knoweth to do good and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” 1 John 3:4 “Sin is the transgression of the law.” Sin is when you knowingly transgress the commandment of God. If you know God would have you to do it and you fail to do it for whatever reason you sin. If you know God doesn’t want you to do something and you do it anyway it is sin. Therefore all sin accomplishes one thing. Disobedience.

As His Master Luke 6:40-49 “… As his master …” In what way are we to be like Christ?

like Christ?
As Christ dedicated His whole life to pleasing God and desiring to do what pleased Him, so we must also give our lives to Him to do with as He pleases. Many will describe their experience of salvation by saying, “I gave my life to God.” This is an accurate statement, but so few actually live it out.
MISSION GLOBE
We must understand that we were redeemed, bought back from the devil, the enemy of our soul who had right to our lives while we were in the bondage of sin.
Our Mission is to spread the truth of Christ’s Love to a lost and dying world.
We were set free by the precious blood of Christ, by His sacrifice, He paid the price that we might have liberty.
Our Goal is to encourage all to seek the Lord while He may be found and to call on Him while He is near.
Now as the word enjoins, let us not use that liberty as an occasion to the flesh (to live after the wants and desires of our own bodies) but by love let us serve one another … (ref. Galatians 5:13).
We want to let you know there is hope, there is help, there is an answer and His name is Jesus Christ. Visit us online www.missionglobe.com
