NEW & IMPROVED

On May 5, the Missouri Athletic Club will launch its new website, powered by Jonas Club Software. The Club decided to make this switch because we already use Jonas for the back-end billing system, and operating under one collective provider instead of two (Clubessential and Jonas) will make for a more seamless website experience in all areas.

Jonas also offers improved systems for event registration, court booking, dining reservations and more. Many areas of the website will look familiar to Members, as we opted to keep the appearance and navigation largely the same to prevent confusion. The website will still allow Members to pay their statements, book a court, view the roster, check the menus and much more.

One main component that will affect many Members right at the website’s launch is the ACH billing system. For their own security, Members who are enrolled in autopayments will need to re-enter their banking information on the website upon its launch to ensure the electronic payments continue to process, and those who were used to viewing their statements online will need to update their profiles to be able to access them. It’s imperative that Members transition their information to the new website because it will not carry over.

Once the website is live on May 5, Members can navigate to the Statements page and click on the button that says “Pay Now.” By clicking this link, a new tab or window will open up, taking them to the Elavon portal. From there, Members will be able to pay their bill. They will be required to enter their payment information, as this information will not be on file initially with Elavon. This information can be stored for future payments if they like, but it is not required.

As with all website launches, we will be working diligently to ensure there are no glitches or faulty areas of the site, but if you should encounter something that’s not functioning properly, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at webmaster@mac-stl.org. Mobile App Download Instructions

In line with the launch of the MAC’s new website, we are rolling out a brand new MAC app to improve Members’ mobile experience! The new app allows users to quickly book courts, register for events, access the Member roster and much more. Please delete the Clubessential mobile app from your phone, and follow the below instructions to install the MAC-branded app. F Open your Apple App Store or Google

Play Store. F Search for “Missouri Athletic Club.” F Download the app with the MAC Cherry

Diamond logo. F Log in to the app (just once!) using the same username and password you use for the website. F After you open the app, we highly recommend allowing push notifications and location services in order to receive important Club communications.
