Lawmakers returned to Jefferson City for the start of the 2021 legislative session last week, with new leaders taking the dais and guiding priorities for the year. While the resolution mainly consisted of technical changes, it also included the return of the Emerging Issues Committee and another provision allowing committee chairs to set schedules for virtual testimony.
