HOW TO IMPROVE CHILEAN EDUCATION Introduction : Nowadays chile is having educational problems that is demonstrated on this student revolution. This is the problem facing the government of President Sebastian Piñera which is determined to make a “revolutionary” change in the country’s education system. I have many ideas to improve chilean education but I will expose the most important ones ,before that i would like to say that chile is an great country , but the problem is that we don’t know how to extract all the usefulness that this beautiful country has.
Here are some of my ideas to improve Chilean education : 1.- Chile has been discussing how to improve its education system for some time and there is a general agreement that the teaching profession is a weakness. I think that we should invest more on education and pay Higher salaries, because we have an very low quality of teachers and principals, so the main objective is to strengthen the teaching profession. 2.- the government and specially the teachers should motivate children and young people to study and become professional , because there are children that live in an very fragile economic condition and that maybe wont have an opportunity to be professional , and with good grades they could obtain a scholarship
