This new development in the Village of Walloon Lake offers an easy lifestyle for those looking to live life on the lake. These condos are wonderfully appointed with large decks offering gorgeous lake views at every level. They also built the Hotel Walloon, another beautiful addition to the village.

The Lofts on Walloon will also be featuring an indoor market to service the owners of the condos, as well as the many people who visit the village every day. There will be some very exciting vendors that will fulfill the everyday needs and desires to make one’s summer the very best ever. The condos can also lease deeded dock slips in front of the Barrel Back restaurant. These slips were dedicated to the units at the time of purchase and will be available in perpetuity – an amazing amenity for each owner!
