A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TOURIST IN BARCELONA 8:00 o’clock in the morning. Today I’m waking up early because I want to visit many things, perhaps too many things. I get up and after a shower I get dressed, and then I go to have breakfast. At 8:45 in the morning I’m leaving the hotel and at the same time I’m hailing a taxi. I get in the taxi and I tell to the driver I’m going to Park Güell. Park Güell was built by Antoni Gaudí, and now it is one of the most popular and famous places of all Barcelona. This is the reason of my visit there. I’ve estimated that I’ll be here around one hour and a half or maybe two. I’ll be taking pictures of the Park and then I hope I’ll be able to buy some presents for my family. Well, I’ve ended up staying two hours and a half, and I haven’t had time to enjoy it at all. But anyway, now I’m going to the Bunkers (I think they’re called like that), because I’ve been told that there are amazing and beautiful views from there. I will have lunch there and after that I will go to Sagrada Familia, that was also built by Gaudí. Right now I’m going to Sagrada Familia. I’ve had a good time in the Bunkers, and my meal has been better with that views. I would like to visit the inside of the Sagrada Familia, but I don’t if I will have time to do the queue for the tickets. However, if I don’t have time, I will be able to see it from the street. When I will have finished, I’ve planned to go to a restaurant next to the beach. And that will be my day in Barcelona as a tourist.
“In general, tourist think that Barcelona is a beautiful city, but they don’t know much about it”
