The Renaissance era created a legacy of art, sculpture and architecture that continues to inspire creativity around the world. The shape of the lyre musical instrument on the chair back and the distinctive star medallions are neo-classic design elements that can be traced to Roman household furnishings discovered in the ruins of Pompeii. The adaptation by Veneman retains nearly every detail and nuance,

terms and conditions PRICES: All prices are FOB Factory Origin. (FOB means the title to the merchandise passes to the customer or consignee when the transportation company signs the Bill of Lading). INTEREST: Interest at the rate of 18% per annum will be charged after maturity date. CLAIMS: Claims for shortage must be made within five days after receipt of goods. Our responsibility for shipment ceases after delivery of goods to the transportation company. RETURNS: Written authorization is required on all goods returned. No credit will be allowed for goods returned without our written consent. Please contact the Customer Service department for a written Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. AVAILABILITY: It is Veneman Collection’s policy to continuously improve designs, materials and manufacturing methods in order to provide you with the finest furniture investment. Therefore, variations in specifications, materials, prices, styles and colors may be made without notice. ROUTING & FREIGHT CARRIER SELECTION: We will use your specified carrier. If none is specified, we will ship via best available mode and routing. No refund will be issued if a less expensive method is found after shipment. SPECIAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: We will follow special shipping instructions to the best of our ability, however, we assume no liability for shipping “best method” when we are unable to use the routing specified. WILL CALL: Must provide phone number for shipment notification. Upon notification, shipments must be picked up from Veneman Collections within 72 hours. Veneman Collections will ship your boxed order after 72 hours from notification via freight collect. LOSS OR DAMAGE: The risk of loss for the goods passes to the Buyer at the time the goods are delivered to the carrier. Merchandise is carefully packed and thoroughly inspected before leaving our factory. Responsibility for its safe delivery was assumed by the carrier upon acceptance of the shipment. Customer must file a freight claim for loss or damage sustained in transit upon the carrier as follows: a) Concealed loss or damage means loss or damage which does not become apparent until the merchandise has been unpacked. The contents may be damaged in transit due to rough handling even though the carton may not show external damage. When the damage is discovered upon unpacking, make a written request for inspection by the Carrier’s agent within 15 days of the delivery date. Then file a claim with the Carrier since such damage is the Carrier’s responsibility. b) External evidence of loss or damage must be noted on the freight bill or express receipt, and signed by the Carrier’s agent. Failure to adequately describe such external evidence of loss or damage may result in the Carrier’s refusing to honor a damage claim. The form required to file such a claim will be supplied by the Carrier. WARRANTY Veneman Collections will warranty all cast aluminum frames for five years from the date of purchase to the original owner with proof of purchase. Should any structural part break or fail under normal use, Veneman Collections will repair or replace the frame at factory discretion (with same or similar product if discontinued) at no charge. Parts and labor are included during the first 12 months. Veneman Collections offers the following warranty on frame finishes: five years on all powder coated finishes, and one year on liquid or antiqued finishes. In addition, Veneman collections will warrant for one year from the date of purchase the following: hardware including teak slats, fabric and cushions. WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY: • Fading of clear coat on Mocha Bella and Carerra finishes • Failure caused by unreasonable or abusive use • Return freight after 1 year • Changes in wood color due to the natural aging of the wood • Failure caused by neglect of reasonable and necessary care and maintenance
