Moving parts like the front elevation, market ladder and dumbwaitors show that the space transforms and can exist in various contexts - one for a busy lively market, another for a sensory cultural dining experience - all while maintaining the privacy and quiet of a private living space upstairs.

Perspectives show the noodle bar in use as it interacts with the architecture through the moving dumbwaiter that takes the food upstairs quickly to maintain its hot temperature.
