As you are all aware it is not Stuart this month doing our words page as he & his wife Kim were greeted with the most precious gift of all this month the birth of their gorgeous daughter Lucy Oliphant who was born 29th May 2014 @ 17:49 weighing a very healthy 8lb 7oz. Stuart has taken a few weeks off to spend with Kim Harry & Lucy so I have had the pleasure of taking the limelight this month. What a month we have had at mkflyers, I was given the chance to test out HotPod Yoga based in Newport Pagnell this class was amazing check out my review on page 36. I would like to personally thank all our new clients this month but I do not have enough space so please check the pages to find out more. The company which specialises in repairing windows which are steamed up, broken or damaged by replacing the panes - not the frames has grown rapidly as homeowners take advantage of their services. Positive living How far will your life take you? When we are small a whole life time can seem an unmeasurable expanse of time. The older we get the short that measure becomes in a year, a decade, a life lived… Yet what will we leave in our wake when our own time is up? What will we leave as our mark? Will life itself have benefited by our presence; what have we added to or altered because we felt compelled or called to achieve? Stress is still stress; worry, pain, loss and sadness are the same for each soul, just presented in different manners. How we each overcome these fundamental things is crucial to how we each then move forward. Nothing is given to hurt, harm or make us break, regardless of how we may deeply believe this, but then that very belief is the key. We cannot control the force of what happens but we absolutely control how we respond, react or take things on board. We control how we overcome; the next steps we put into action; what we then attract to us and how we move forward from that focal point. Life is a live living entity in its own right and individually we add our own

thoughts, actions, intent, beliefs and life force to it as input. The energy we create through a life time of being here, we add to life, which adds more to its own health and programming. Think of life as a mirror. What you expect or give out - it must reflect back. What you ask for fundamentally – must appear. If you believe life is hard or a cruel place to be – it is this that you will receive back. Life thinks that you want hard and cruel – so you’ll see it everywhere… If you believe life will uphold you and help you; if you believe what you need will appear or be easy to achieve; it’s then this that will come bouncing back. If you are worried and stressed more often than not, more reasons to worry and stress will come forward. If you live life in lack – lack of time, lack of money, lack of energy, friends, love and resources, it’s these once again that you will receive – because these are the directives you’ve fed personally yourself into life’s mainframe, much like uploading information to a motherboard… Every soul is individual and unique. Each one is a powerful creative force and identity in its own right. You are not broken. You are no-bodies victim or fool. You have life running through you. Nothing blocks your path or holds you down. You are free. You have the right to be happy in a life that’s well lived. The whole world is at your disposal. Yes you have commitments and things you must do – but these you once chose for yourself, even those things that you couldn’t possibly suppose that you would. In the face of adversity we often grow most. Even and especially when we don’t seem to realise… What are your dreams? What, if you could choose – would you most like to alter or change for the better, without hurting anyone else – from a perspective of peace, truth and love? What is it you need to get happy? Remember that this is your story. Only you feel the things that you do. Love from the whole of your heart. ‘Understand’ where before ‘forgiveness’ would have seemed more appropriate. See all people as souls in their own right - not meaning to cause pain or harm - but more stuck in their own story for now. (I am I) No one is separate; all souls connect; therefore all add to what’s occurring on life’s surface; all add force to the deeper story which is now and what will be as time continues. (I am I) If you don’t like your life – you have the power to set into place the steps that will turn things around. You are master – not slave – to your destiny.

The New Citroen DS3 Cabrio Reviewed 03/08/13
Citroen DS3 Goes Topless I have to say at first I wasn’t sure about this car as it’s like a half convertible but it did grow on me.
The DS3 has been a massive success for Citroen. They have really gone after the Mini and Audi A1 market, and with its great looks and drive, there’s no surprise they have shifted 36,000 of them in the UK alone. So it is only natural they have now come out with a Cabrio model - there is currently only a 1.6 petrol version but they are releasing a diesel later on in the year. I tested the 1.6 THP 155 in a D-sport model and it was a good spec with a very nippy engine. The main negative is that when the roof is down full, you can’t see behind you, but the positives definitely out way the bad; like you can sit 3 people in the back (which is unusual on a soft top) and the boot is great when the roof is up, so ideal for the school runs if you can live with putting the seat up every time someone gets in the back as its only comes in a 3dr. You can still personalise your DS3 with different coloured roofs and mirrors to the car, and you can
even get purple leather if you’re that way inclined! The drive is very smooth and quiet, and with a great stereo with bluetooth, & lots of gloss and stainless steel, the inside feels like a real quality car. It even has a button in the car you can press and call Citroen if you have a problem with the car or you have broken down and it will connect you directly to Citroens help line!! The diesel will be the one to look out for as the petrol version is a bit thirsty and if you can, stretch to the D-sport + that comes with nice little extras like leather as standard. MPH = 47.9 Combined Top speed =132 0-60 =8.2 CO2=137 On the road price £19,136 (Lease price £199+vat over 2 years with 6 payments up front based on 10k miles a year)

Where there’s a Will…
W
ho would you go to if you needed heart surgery?
Would you download some information from the internet and have a go yourself? Or perhaps go to that place in town that offers cheap operations? Perhaps buy a DIY kit? No, of course not. You’d see a professional surgeon. Someone who is qualified and knows what they’re doing. So, wouldn’t you go to a professional when you want to make a Will or a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA)? Because they could be the most important documents you will ever sign. If Wills or LPAs are not done properly, this will not be discovered until they have to be used, when it’ll be too late. If your Will is wrong or possibly totally invalid, you won’t be around to correct it. The number of Wills contested in the Courts almost doubled between 2006 and 2011, partly due to the increase in Wills that were ‘homemade’, not properly drawn up or not witnessed correctly.
Anyone can set up as a “will writer” Unfortunately, anyone can sell Wills and LPAs, without any formal qualifications, experience, insurance or even any training. If you’re looking for someone to prepare a Will for you, do check carefully to make sure that it’s someone who is properly qualified and insured. A solicitor, for example, like a doctor, has to pass rigorous examinations and undergo years of training before being allowed to practise, will be regulated and must be insured.
Why make a Will? Although there are statutory rules that apply if someone dies without making a Will, they don’t always work in the way that
you would expect. Even a spouse or civil partner may not inherit everything. Apart from providing for children financially, who would you want to take care of them as they grow up? If you leave no instructions, or there is a family dispute, a Court may have to decide.

MP’s Diary Bucks Biz = Expansion & Growth An invitation for me visit Bucks Biz in Newport Pagnell was yet another clear message that economic growth in Milton Keynes is going from strength to strength. Bucks Biz is a family business operating over three sites in MK; Bletchley Business Campus, Denbigh Business Park and Interchange House, Newport Pagnell. Beaver Scout Colony took up the challenge and created a spectacular sensory garden at Middleton Primary School. At the end of the 6 week project, with the designs and materials being generously sponsored by Dobbies, all six plots were filled with wild flowers to attract butterflies, insects, bees and a variety of other wildlife to what was otherwise an urban area. Andy said, “I wanted to give our young people an opportunity to experience an outdoor activity and for them to champion all the amazing opportunities and adventures we offer in the Scouting movement.” Arriving at the opening ceremony, I was very impressed with the transformation and I congratulate the Beavers Group. The sensory garden is an inspirational project which will add to the children’s enjoyment and enhance their education. Do you have a couple of hours to spare to support Andy? Garden View There’s a worm at the bottom of the garden

ould you like to turn your kitchen scraps into high-quality, extrarich compost and plant food?
You would? Well invest in a wormery and before long you’ll be knee-deep in vermicompost and leachate (that’s worm poo and liquid food to the uninitiated!) I’m a fairly recent wormery convert. I had it in my head that they were smelly, difficult things to keep but I was wrong. A wormery is basically a tiered box-system which contains specialist composting worms who just love to munch on kitchen waste. The worms work their way up through the levels leaving compost in their wake. As each tray is fully composted it can be removed, dug into the garden or used to plant containers, then replaced

at the top of the stack and refilled with waste. There are two types of worms: Dendrobaena worms and and Tiger worms. Both are epigeic worms, which means they live on the surface of the soil or in the top ten inches of the top-soil under the litter layer. There’s little to choose between them. Both are native to this country and harmless to other species. Both can survive from 3-27 degrees Celsius and can double their population every 4-5 months. Dendrobaena worms are larger though and possibly more suited to the wet and slightly acidic conditions of a wormery. Being larger they may also be better at aerating the compost. There are different sizes of composter, from mini-composters to suit a single person to larger ones which can deal with the waste produced by a whole family.

This is a very intensive, balanced physical workout storing calm and clarity to the mind in cocoonlike pods. In 37 degrees heat this warms the muscles and aids flexibility as well as making the heat work harder. All this and purifying sweat help to ensure maximum benefit from your effort. I am not going to lie, this was the hardest worked out I have done as the sweat just drips off you!

Emma is a fantastic teacher who helped with my balance as I have only attended a yoga session once before. It is all in your breathing, Emma tells you everything you need to do & when. She is so gentle & calm I really did just get lost in my thoughts & after a while got used to the heat. At the time of the class I didn’t hurt much, it was not until the following day when I literally had to roll out of bed when I noticed my stomach muscles were very tender, as well as my neck, arms & legs (but bearable). Like they say ‘No pain, no gain’! I will definitely be going back to these classes; I feel in my mind fantastic & actually really good about myself - I really do feel like I could take on whatever life throws at me.
