Kouffman, and in 1977, was joined by his Son, Phillip Kouffman, V.P. & CEO, and in 2002 by his Grandson, Marcus Kouffman, Head of Construction. In 1977, Phil joined his Father overseeing day-to-day operations. Under his leadership, Phil spearheaded the company’s growth into high-end residential construction. Over the years, Phil has combined the art of managing each project with the ability to stay in constant communication with every client. The results are that MKL’s clients’ requirements are met, and projects are completed on-time and on budget. Phil brings his passion, indefatigable drive, commitment to e xcellence, and unwavering focus, to everything he does--he’ll settle for nothing less than perfection.
