Until 1911, Old Main remained the
only building on campus. By that time, however, the gTowing enrollment necessitated the construction of a separate men's donnitory. Summit Hall thus began its long career of service to DMLC. A second building w.as also built In 1911 to serve as a campns chapel-
auditorium and music hall. This building, known as the Au.la then and the Music Hall now, had the capacity to seat 300 people for plays and concerts. Inside -re ten individual piano practice rooms and a balcony which hdd the pipe organ installed in 1914.

OKLAHOMA! was directed by Jim Henrickson; the production >taff wa> head<ld by Cindy Lehman. Ruth Dolbey, Dan Fenske, and Jenny Meyer; and Professor Hermanson and Jane Zimmerman ¥.>ere in charge of th~ music0tl pot· lion of th• show. Overall. OKLAHOMA! was enjoyed by everyone.
