Camp is for any child that has finished kindergarten through 5th grade. Campers will be divided into age groups so they can enjoy all activities camp has to offer.
When is camp?
Camp runs Monday through Friday and starts May 22 and ends August 19. Kids can come for the day, the week, or all summer long. Campers can be dropped off at the Y as early as 7:00am and be picked up as late as 6:00pm. What do campers do all day?
Daily activities include walking to various parks for lunch, arts & crafts, science, group activities, games, gardening, cooking class, and sports. Campers can swim at the YMCA and will also swim at the Albert Lea Aquatic Center on Tuesdays (starting June 4th). Campers will be going on other field trips as well.
Where do they go & how do they get there?
