KREWSON Pursuant to Local Uniform Civil Rule 7(b)(4), Plaintiff, Kmart Corporation, asks this Court for an additional seven days, up to and including November 18, 2013, to submit a reply in support of Kmart’s Motion for Leave to File the Amended Report of John R. Krewson (Rec. Doc. 271). Kmart’s original deadline to submit a reply in support of its Motion for Leave to File the Amended Report of John R. Krewson is November 11, 2013. Defendants do not object to an additional seven days, up to and including November 18, 2013, to submit the reply motion. Kmart is not aware of any prejudice that would result from the granting of this Motion. Accordingly, Kmart asks this Court to allow it until November 18, 2013 to submit a reply in support of its Motion for Leave to File the Amended Report of John R. Krewson (Rec. Doc. 271).
