Examples of EXCELLENCE

Educators reveal why they find Solution Tree events so meaningful

The best professional development that I have EVER attended.

As a first year teacher, the most valuable aspect of this event was to get the clarification of what a PLC is. Starting off the school year, I did not fully understand what my school meant by PLC, but now I feel confident in the knowledge I gained to go back and share with the other teachers at my school. I also feel excited to apply all this new knowledge in my classroom and school.

The RTI at Work process was explained in a way that created urgency for the academic and social well-being of ALL students with a clear direction in how to establish the system in our school and district.

I loved the clear focus on HOW other instructional coaches did all this work for their buildings! It was very intentional and focused, and I got so much out of it!

I teach at a school where we are beginning to implement the PLC and RTI model. I am still fairly new to the school, and although we have used the language and I have been a part of a PLC since I have been there, coming to the conference was a huge help because it helped me understand . . . the expectation and the goal of this approach.
