With over three decades of experience in industrial sales and business leadership, he currently serves as the Managing Director of Verder India Pumps Pvt. Ltd., Pune, a European multinational company. His career has spanned reputed organizations such as Kirloskar, Sulzer, Dresser-Rand, and Dover Corporation, where he has led growth initiatives,builthigh-performingteams,anddrivenbusinesstransformation.
In a previous role as Business Head, he was credited with doubling the company’s revenue. At Verder India, his focus lies in establishing manufacturing operations within the country and steering the business toward achieving a revenue target of 15 million euros.
He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, and a Senior LeadershipCertificationfromXLRI–Jamshedpur.
A lifelong learner, he is also known to be an avid reader of management and leadership literature,whichcontinuestoinfluencehisstrategicthinkingandleadershipapproach.
Ayushi Srivastava
Ayushi is a passionate Human Resources Professional committed to driving organizational growth and development through innovative people strategies, with over 6 years of experience in the field of Talent Management, Organizational Development and Learning &Development.
Ayushi is currently working at TVS Credit Services Limited and holds a degree in Computer Science Engineering and an MBA in Human Resource Management from XIM, Bhubaneswar.
Outside of work, Ayushi expresses a love for music through singing and enjoys reading and writingfiction.
