The program this month will be presented by Jim Gerho1dt. The subject will be "Rattlesnakes", and will be illustrated with several live specimens. Color variation in the Northern Pacific Rattler will be one of the subjects discussed. The 3 Members-at-Large and the Newslet~er Editor were all elected at the August meeting and attended the last Board meeting. We now have 6 people for you to give your input to. Remember, this is your Society, and it needs you to succeed! We now have a grand total of 52 members! An important item to- be decided at the Sept. meeting will be our logo. All of the logos that have been submitted are reproduced in this issue and are numbered. Please make a careful decision, and bring your number choice to'the meeting. A new feature of the Newsletter will be classified ads. They will be free to members. Commercial members may run a statement of business'such as a business card. The Newsletter Editor reserves the right to reject any ad or parts as he sees fit. Congratulations! We now have a library! W~ also solicit any and all donations of books you might have. Don't worry about if we already have a copy or not. Duplicates will be auctioned off at one of the meetings, and the proceeds used to purchase other books.
