A unique waxed white oak porcelain slab countertop and backsplash produced by Crossville extends all the way up to the ceiling allowing the kitchen to feel like a natural extension of the connecting dining and living areas. The subtle veining establishes a calming color palette offset by the dramatic black granite island in the heart of the kitchen. Science meets structure in this Arteriors chandelier hanging directly above resembling a number of biophilic elements including twigs, coral, or molecular geometry. Ample storage is provided through a discreet walk-in pantry disguised as a cabinet and surrounding lower drawers. An understated and minimalistic approach provides a perfect backdrop for the preparation and sharing of food with family and friends. Top notch energy star certified appliances complete the room along with custom Duda counter stools made of sustainably harvested wood by Brazilian designer, Aristeu Pires.
