CLEAN SLATE
Onthe ground floor off the main hall, designer Lacy Phillips converted this space into no ordinary laundry room. Accessorizing with several biophilic elements such as the terrarium, four framed botanicals, and moss filled pottery bowl, this room becomes a pleasure to spend time in. Whimsical natural woven baskets line the wall above the washer and dryer and a vintage persian rug finish off the space. The energy star certified washer and dryer cut energy costs by a third and water costs by more than half.
