Experiencing life in the big city away from the confinements of home and parental authority is appealing to the youth and young professionals. Movies and TV shows have long glorified the image of city life, inviting young people to transfer to the fashionable business cities such as Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney. Living Space Size Unbeknownst to the youth, life in the city revolves around its sole purpose: corporate responsibilities. Some people enjoy the cosy life in urban 1-room apartments. Residents have plenty of room to store unwanted stuff inside cabinets and closets. Some can even be stored in the attic or basement. The endless number of rooms and the large space offered is tempting to the typical city dweller.

All it takes is a phone call and food is immediately delivered to their doorsteps. Suburban dwellers will have to make do with what is inside the fridge. In case of cravings, residents would have to drive and get it. Personal Space Cities are known for being overpopulated due to the growing population of the working force. Combined with stressful workload and stress, city workers are viewed as mere robots struggling to survive every day. A plus side is the beautiful city view at night. After a stressfilled day, residents can open their windows and simply gaze at the city lights. It’s a plus if the apartment has a balcony.
The suburbs offer the comforts of childhood and home. The open spaces allow fresh sunlight rays to offer warmth to its dwellers. Despite the fact that a suburb houses a small population to need big-time services of handymen or removalist companies, some suburbs pride themselves in offering specialised services agencies. OFr instance, Melbourne suburbs pride themselves in being the centre of culture and offers residents with specialised service providing agencies. Life in the city or in the suburbs pleases an individual according to their particular needs. If a person is content to live amongst the busyness of work with the beautiful lights, the city is their haven. But for those who seek serenity and comforts of home, the suburbs may be the answer.
