MARKET UPDATE As the second quarter of 2015 wraps up, the stats for almost every neighborhood show huge year over year gains in both price per square foot and median price. In the central city (where you're lucky to live):

In realtor gossip, we have seen a few trends that could suggest that there might be a slight slow down. While multiple offers are

still common, we frequently see 2–3 offers rather than 10+ and more than one property has had an offer date come and go without offers. This is notably different than the craziness of Spring 2015. Every up market has a few dips and valleys, so this could just be a slight summertime lull. But a sellers market won't last forever. It never does. Which properties sell for the most?
