KRISTLE
HAYNES MOD chats with the personal stylist who’s making a name for herself!
BY: ASHLYN HILL
MOD: Tell me about yourself? Kristle: I’m from Saint Maarten. A
37 square mile island in the Caribbean. Growing up, my mother owned an interior decorating business, exposing me to a myriad of colors, prints and textiles. Since then, I’ve traveled and lived in several countries and have adapted my experiences fashionably. It has blossomed into a beautiful business venture of styling
“Anyone can get dressed up and glamorous, but it is how people dress on their days off that are most intriguing.” –
MOD: What do you love about styling?
Kristle: I love styling
because it exemplifies personality through fabric. My cultural encounAlexander Wang ters has made it fascinating for me to interact with clients and formulate an understanding of their personal style.
MOD: What’s one thing you want to be known for?
Kristle: I’d like to be known for creat-
ing effortlessly flawless looks and the impact that it has on people’s lives. Fashion creates a sense of confidence and being able to contribute to that suffices in my success.
MOD: How do you find inspiration
for your photo shoots? Through themes? Clothing? Music? Kristle: Inspirations for my shoots are all complemented by my team. The makeup artist, designer and photographer need to be on board with the same vision in order to achieve the results accordingly. This photoshoot in particular went perfectly as Krystyna Scullion’s clothing brand follows an edgy Japanese inspired cartoon print with lots of color. She describes the inspiration for her line as “the idea of nostalgia and rekindling of childhood memories.” In the Caribbean a lot is expressed by color so her line attracted me instantaneously. Moreover, I really love the era between the 1920-1940’s and I recently signed a deal with a fashion company here in London providing me with clothes to which follow this theme. In working with the very talented Italian photographer Gabrielle Paoli he truly helped me deliver this new age retro vision. My makeup artist, Silvia Inguscio, immediately knows what to apply by studying the collection presented, thus overall the production truly followed a futuristic yet vintage effect. It was shot in the classic venue of Central Hall Westminster.
MOD: Describe the general process you go through to set up a photo shoot - from the pulling of the clothes to the makeup, hair etc. (describe a day of shooting) Kristle: They’re long days *laughs*! Communication is key in every case to plan anything properly, hence giving clear direction on the actions of the day thoroughly with the photographer and makeup artist is definitely my primary step. Prior to arriving at the shooting venue the makeup portion for the day has been fulfilled. Once at the location, I’m prepping the outfits whilst the photographer and crew preps camera equipment. Once the behind the scenes setup is in place, I’m subsequently in front of the camera modeling these pieces. Our rotation for the day usually has time stamps and nothing is ever done on time. however, all in all, everything gets done efficiently.
inspired, and this is most certainly an understatement *laughs*! My favorite photographer is David LaChapelle, his work is so artistic that it’s beyond doubt photography at its best.
MOD: Who is your favorite designer/ artist/ photographer? Kristle: My favorite designer is Karl Lagerfeld- I am Chanel certified! Everything in my everyday life is Chanel
MOD: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? (Within your field)
Kristle: In five years I will
have my very own luxury boutique dedicated to externalizing the beauty of women through fashionforward trends. The designers of which will be young, dedicated fashion entrepreneurs whose visions have yet to be established into a luxury sector. The overall theme will follow a futuristic yet vintage feel and I want it to be at an artistic venue in London’s West End. With determination comes success and I’m determined to achieve my goals.
MOD: Do you wish to
MOD: Do you prefer mod-
eling in your own shoots or being behind the scenes (hiring someone and directing it yourself) Kristle: Yes, actually I prefer modeling in my own shoots as I feel I have more control over the entire process. At the end of the day, there is nobody to blame but myself for not executing something according to the set vision.
Wear.com, because they combine a level of professionalism through street style. My favourite magazines are Vogue, W, and iD.
MOD: What are your favorite blogs, websites, magazines?
Kristle: My favorite blogs are that of
Kesh Kumari, Susie Bubble and Diane Pernet. I also love websites such as LookBook.nu, Stylesight.com, and WhoWhat-
exhibit your own fashion show someday/ creative directing/ styling for a major brand? Kristle: Upon successfully opening my luxury boutique I would love to have my first fashion show exhibited in my hometown of Saint Maarten. My initial experiences in the fashion industry began there so I feel as though it would be the ideal location. A lot of planning and creative directing would need to be conducted to ensure an elaborate outcome. I will cross that bridge when I get there! Women
TIM LABENDA Check out the top 5 MOD picks from the Tim Labenda SS13 Womenswear collection!
MOD: What was your childhood and school life like? Tim: I had a very sheltered childhood and it was one of the best times in my life, I think! School life was quite relaxed! I enjoyed seeing my friends every day and spending time drawing and sketching, and making art every day! With a couple of friends, I launched a school Fashion Week every season and we created dresses and small “collections” that we presented on a selfmade runway. It was quite amateur, but with a lot of love and fun! After high school, I did an apprenticeship as tailor and pattern maker at Hugo Boss before I started studying Fashion Design at Pforzheim University - School of Design. I spent one term in Halifax, Canada to expand my textile design knowledge, which was a great decision.
MOD: What was your first job in the fashion industry? Tim: My first real job in the fashion industry was to manage the UTE PLOIER Fashion Show in Shanghai completely on behalf of Ute. Afterwards, I started working for her as Design Assistant. Actually, I interned at UTE PLOIER before, which is why we know each other so well. MOD: What inspired you to become a menswear fashion designer? Tim: I think it’s because of my education. I learned men’s tailoring, men’s cutting pattern making, etc. And I guess it’s because I was able to appraise menswear better than womenswear, because I am a guy. It’s great if you can decide with every piece if you would like to wear it yourself or not.
MOD: Did you face many challenges or obstacles along the way to becoming an established fashion designer? Tim: There were a lot of challenges along the way, but everything comes as it comes, and if you accept that and make the best out of everything, they don’t feel like obstacles.
MOD: Where do you gain your inspiration from for your designs?
Tim: It depends... Every season there is
something new that is in my head and wants to be worked out. Last season, it was this challenge with the women’s collection, which was basically inspired by my menswear. But next season, for example, the inspiration will be completely different, but at the same time, the output will be similar. I do not like to reinvent the complete look of the collection every season, because the TIM LABENDA woman wants to get what she is expecting from the collection. For me, the reinvention is always about the materials, colors, little cutting details in the garments. It’s never the overall look.
Photography: Bastian Jung, Photography Assistant: Bastian Archard, Models: Martin Bera-nek & Benedikt Angerer @ Wiener Models, Makeup & Hair: Maria Messner, Styling: Tim Labenda, Styling Assistant: Hannah Krummlauf
MOD: What has been your greatest suc-
cess to date?
Tim: The greatest success to date is to be
the winner of the promotion prize of the WILHELM LORCH STIFTUNG, and of course to be chosen by Christiane Arp to be one of the designers presenting in the Vogue Salon.
MOD: How have the people you’ve met during your career inspired and influenced you? Tim: I really enjoyed working with UTE PLOIER and she gave me a lot to remember. The very close relationship I have with my photographer, Bastian Jung, who is inspiring me every time we work together has also influenced me a lot. For me personally, it is one of the most important things to be with people, because it is always my approach for my collection to satisfy the needs and desires of the people surrounding me. MOD: Who would you deem as the ultimate fashion icon today?
Tim: Kate Moss; effortless, sexy, authentic! MOD: What do you think is the biggest fashion
faux pas for men and women?
Tim: Oh... I do not really care about fashion faux
pas... As long as everyone is authentically dressed and feels good that way, there is no right or wrong.
MOD: If you could style any celebrity who would
it be and why?
Tim: Matthias Schweighöfer (German actor), bec-
ause he is authentically sexy, natural and has effortless style!
MOD: How would you describe the Tim Labenda clothing label?
Tim: It‘s always this attitude of being cool and easy
dressed without giving the impression of spending too long in front of the mirror thinking about the look. It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or woman… both should have this natural sexiness that you cannot buy. Her look is always mixed up with pieces inspired by menswear, like her boyfriend’s oversized shirt or his worn out blazer.
MOD: If you weren’t a fashion designer what other car-
eer could you envision for yourself?
Tim: I made this decision a long time ago and I had to
choose between tailor and cabinet maker... I wanted to study architecture afterwards. But destiny decided to let me become a fashion designer!
MOD: Where would you like to see yourself and the label in 5 years?
Tim: I would love to find myself presenting at New York

ux&Noah, a British menswear company known for creating beautiful and sustainable fashion, announced a creative collaboration with British musician Gold Panda earlier this year. The LNGP project applied Lux&Noah’s penchant for luxury to a low-maintenance capsule collection, live stage projections, and roles as Executive Producers on a track from Gold Panda’s Half of Where You Live album. Unlike the typically tailored Lux&Noah aesthetic, the collection for LNGP allowed the team to take a more casual route. “I’ve not had to worry about mass consumers or cost. Working bespoke to a singular client is a complete different approach,” said L&N Director Noah. “The clothing has been based on being lightweight, low maintenance, comfortable pieces, so to suit GP’s busy touring schedule.” For Gold Panda, the opportunity to work with the Lux&Noah team on this multifaceted endeavor was exciting and risky. “I’m quite an apprehensive person,” he admitted, “so if I didn’t believe in Lux&Noah I wouldn’t be working with them.”

The partnership grew from a mutual admiration of Gold Panda’s work by Lux and Noah, the label’s namesakes. “Since starting out in the fashion industry, my personal work has always naturally had some form of orientation around music,” Noah stated. “Music influences my designs. Gold Panda’s Lucky Shiner was one of the first jointly-loved albums by Lux and I, and after seeing him live for the first time at Field Day 2012, we knew we would love to work with him.

We probably annoyed him with all of the initial e-mails, but after our first meeting I think we all knew we had strong agreements on numerous subjects–more than enough to collaborate.” When the opportunity to work with the label presented itself, it was not something an artist like Gold Panda thought would be in his immediate future. “I didn’t really have anything positive to contribute to fashion. In fact, I think I found the term ‘fashion’ quite detestable,” he said. An introduction to L&N quickly changed his mind. “After meeting Lux&Noah, I realized it was another way that I could be creative–taking things I like and stitching them together which is basically how I make my music anyway!” The collaboration, due for release in August of this year, draws inspiration from the harsh highrise environment of Tokyo mixed with the innocent calmness of flowers; both huge interests for Gold Panda. Music has played a key part in the research for the project. L&N’s method involved listening to and understanding the process a musician uses to put together their work, and seeing how they could incorporate it into their efforts to
create a harmonious feel. The collection’s focus was heavy on silhouette, print, and a dark color palette with electric bursts.
is the right thing to do,” Noah explained. “We’ve never thought otherwise and we’re not money hungry.”
Noah described how this project diverted from L&N’s normal fare: “LNGP has also allowed us to extend into different creative paths including prints, visuals, and film. The prints that have been designed in house by Caro Langton, and used in the clothing, which have been transformed into visuals for GP’s live shows. They also feature in the LNGP music video that we’ve executively produced through Scott Ward of WasNotWas Films. It’s nice not to be restricted to just clothing.”
This ethical stance on their work and awareness of their footprint drew Gold Panda in as a cohort. On their positive approach to sustainability, Gold Panda said, “It’d be unthinkable to choose someone who didn’t care about such things. The project isn’t a money making thing like someone offering to make merchandise.”
Even with Gold Panda’s busy tour schedule, he has managed to stay involved with LNGP. “Well I’d like to say it is 50/50, but realistically probably a lot less on my side as I’m touring. Everything up until the actual making of prototypes, I’ve been involved every step of the way in terms of research and design.” Sustainability has been woven into the thread at Lux&Noah since its inception. “It is our liability to make responsibly made products that have been highly designed because that’s what we believe
When asked what his favorite part of the collaboration has been, Gold Panda answered, “That hasn’t happened yet! I think that will be when the clothes are done and I have something to wear. Finding out that I do actually have an interest in fashion has been a highlight, and working out what it is that I like about certain clothes.” For the talented team at Lux&Noah and rising artist Gold Panda, the best has yet to come.

Taurus
The Sun in Cancer continues to illuminate your solar 3rd house of community and siblings; you will feel like staying close to home even after the 23rd when the Sun enters Leo and illuminates your solar 4th house of family! This is a great time to invite others over and spend some quality time with family members. If you are arguing with a sibling now is an excellent time to put the past behind you.
you go you will be sure to turn heads. Winning! The Sun enters Leo on the 23rd picking up where Venus left off until August 22nd, so single Aries should spend a lot of time socializing, you are likely to meet someone now, and those of you in a relationship should schedule a date night or two out on the town. Come late August, your focus will shift from recreation to work so play while you can. Try to remain calm while Mercury planet of communication turns retrograde in your solar 4th house of home; disagreements with parents and other people you live with is likely until July 20th. Once Mars planet of aggression enters Cancer on the 14th, you may feel like the world is against you for the remainder of summer. Handle others with that extra TLC, you know you can be direct and let’s be honest not everyone can handle that. July is the first full month Jupiter planet of good luck and fortune settles into your solar 4 house for the next year, you may suddenly feel inspired to move to a nicer place downtown or beautify your current residence. If you’re looking to purchase a home this year is an excellent time to do so. You are
likely to find a sweet deal, just watch for the tendency to spend too much and expand too much, shop for deals and low interest rates. Saturn spent several months working its way backward in your solar 8th house of deep sharing; this is the house we have the urge to merge with others, but not so fast. Saturn went direct on July 8th and this may have given you second thoughts as to who you have been sharing your emotions and yourself with. Uranus, planet of freedom is turning retrograde on July 17 and those rams born April 1 to the 12th or so will be undergo some major and unexpected life changes, single? Perhaps not for long. Married? That can change as well. New jobs and a new life are on the agenda over the next several months, remain open. Power house Pluto continues to work its way backward in your solar 10th house of career all the way until September so continue to expect a change of direction, a change of employment perhaps your current firm is undergoing some renovations and restructuring. The best thing is to remain open and expect the unexpected.
Mercury planet of communication is turning retrograde until the 20th of July use this time to go back and make amends; life is too short to spend it upset. Venus planet of love moves into your solar 5th house of children, romance and dating from July 23 – August 17th so use this period to go on dates or perhaps get in touch with your creative side. Remember being creative doesn’t mean you have to sing or paint, think outside the box! Make cake pops perhaps step out into your garden; creativity is found everywhere mostly inside of you! Mars planet of action and aggression is in Cancer from July 15th all the way until the end of August you may find you are busy during this period running errands, taking care of house duties; no worries though you will have the steam to take on the world. Jupiter the good luck charm of the zodiac has settled into your solar 3rd house for the next 12 months and will bestow blessings to you in everyday life, a nice neighbor, someone may return lost keys or wallet; expect to experience a lovely sense of community. Saturn Lord of Karma finally goes direct on July 8th, Saturn has been turning backward in your 7th house of relationships since February perhaps during this time you have felt you reverted back to
old patterns or maybe you have reconsidered the commitments you have made well have no doubt you should start to piece together things now. You will have a better grasp on relationships and some may not weather the storm, let go with confidence that someone that is right for you will show up at the right time and right place. Relationship tests have mostly effected Taurus Suns born April 21 – April 30th, but challenges in close partnerships remain on agenda till 2015. Uranus planet of surprise will turn backward on July 17th in your solar 12th house secrets until just before the New Year; expect some truths to be thrust out into the open. Uranus shakes things up, and wakes things up. If there are parts of you that you tried to hide, that will be no more. Uranus the planet of liberation and emancipation seeks to liberate you from the untruths you have been selling yourself. Pluto Lord of transformation continues to rework your thought process while visiting your solar 9th house of higher thinking, you may see the word through a different lens now; suddenly you are blessed with new ideas and concepts or perhaps you will take a vacation abroad that has the power to change your life.
Gemini
Make use of Mars planet of action in your home sign until July 14th to complete tasks and assert yourself. After the 14th Mars will enter Cancer illuminating your solar 2nd house of values and it is likely you will have a dispute with someone over finances prior to the end of August, if someone has written you an IOU it’s time to collect. You will get a boost
Cancer
Happy Birthday!! We open the month with Jupiter, Sun and Mercury in your home sign of the crab. Even with all these planets illuminating your solar 1st house of self you may still feel out of sorts, like things aren’t quite lining up the way you had envisioned. Mercury planet of communication placed in Cancer is working its way backward; the nature of the crab is to move side to side so communication
of energy once the Sun enters fire sign of Leo on July 23rd and joined by Mercury planet of communication on August 8th, the Gemini wit and banter will be in full effect and you will feel playful and filled with joy. Your ruling planet Mercury has been turning retrograde but will turn direct on July 20th you have seen your fair share of disagreements and have felt confused and out of sorts, this will soon pass. Yippy! Venus planet of love and beauty remains in Leo until July 23rd during this time much focus has been on home, spending time with loved ones, beautifying your residence after the 23rd your focus somehow shifts to children, perhaps you’re a teacher gearing up for the school year or maybe you have children of your own to tend too; if not this is an excellent time to get in touch with your inner child; after all Gemini is a sign that sips from the fountain of youth daily; remember to stay in touch with your playful spirit. Jupiter planet of good luck has completed 1 full year of being in your sign and bestowing many blessings to you personally now Jupiter is shifting gears and illuminating your solar 2nd house of money. This is a great time to find some ways to make some extra cash. Perhaps some DIY (do it yourself) projects have
been floating in the back of your mind; well contemplate no more it is time to put those ideas into action. Saturn Lord of Karma and hardship turns direct in your solar 6th house of health and daily work activities on July 8th and now is an excellent time to set some boundaries with coworkers and establish a healthier routine. Make that annual visit to the dentist, see your physician and get that clean bill of health. Uranus planet of the unexpected will turn retrograde in July and remain working its way backward in your solar 11th house of friendships and life plans. You may find you are reconsidering certain friendships, or revising your hopes and wishes for the future. Take some time to think about your life, Uranus will turn direct before the start of the New Year and you will feel infused with a sense of purpose just remain open with Uranus placed here until 2018 plans are likely to change and change again. Pluto planet of deep sharing continues to turn backward in your solar 8th house of intimacy until September, you will look to bond with another in ways you haven’t before. This is about intimacy on the soul level; time to leave the mind behind dynamic twins.
isn’t abundantly clear, it is if you can’t see the entire picture this should alleviate once Mercury turns direct after July 20th. Clarity will arrive by early August and once Mercury is going direct and in the sign of Leo on August 8th others will profess what they have been thinking all along. Venus planet of love and beauty is already in the sign of the Lion till July 23rd when it will switch gears and enter the sign of Virgo from July until mid August is an excellent time to earn some extra money, perhaps host a bake sale, a car wash or sell some stuff online. You will certainly have energy in spades as Mars planet of action enters your sign mid July where it will remain until late August, just watch for the tendency to be overly aggressive, ya know Cancer when upset you do 1 of 2 things retreat or attack! Cancer born June 22nd – July 1st should take advantage of Jupiter conjoining your Sun this is a very fortunate aspect that will not happen again for another 12 years, take chances, put yourself out there and dream big! Saturn turned direct in your solar 5th house of romance and creativity on July 8th, if someone you have been flirting with hasn’t been stepping up to the plate this is likely the time you will demote their status, Saturn direct is all
about setting boundaries. You may also get serious about your creativity and want to take your talents to the next level, perhaps establish yourself as a freelance writer or walk down the runway in a local fashion show or even design your own line for a fashion show take this time to think of ways you can make a living out of your creative talents. Uranus planet of unexpected change will turn retrograde on July 17 in your solar 10th house of career; just when you thought change was over in your place of employment ah-ha think again. Your boss may be reconsidering old alternatives, may want to go back to the drawing board so try to remain as adaptable as possible particularly from now until the New Year, change is life’s only guarantee. Pluto planet of power will continue to work its way through your relationship sector for many years to come, this really is a time of purging the old and welcoming in the new. This can mean new people, new ways of loving and certainly new ways of relating to others. It’s ok to let go, Cancer so often holds on to things and people from the past so tightly you are unable to receive the new. Honor your past but do not be held captive by it.
Leo
Happy Birthday Leo! For the first portion of July the ordinarily lovely sign of the lion is in retreat mode. With the Sun and Mercury both in the sign of Cancer illuminating your solar 12th house of secrets and privacy there is
Virgo
Venus the love goddess is curled up in your solar 12th house of secrets from the end of June until the 23rd of July, are you quietly crushing on someone? Have you been engaging in secret rendezvous? Shhh well with Venus returning to your home sign on the 23rd
something you aren’t saying. Perhaps Mercury planet of communication in retrograde motion is making things blurry, communications are crossed and you are unable to articulate how you feel; this should clear by late July after the 23rd when the Sun enters your sign and Mercury moves direct. Say how you feel, express yourself, others are often hanging on your every word. After July 14 just make sure you assert yourself accordingly, Mars planet of aggression enters your 12th house of self undoing and you may strike out at those you love most because you are angry at someone else. Ruled by the Sun you are able to light up so many people’s lives with your high energy and carefree spirit come August 9th when Mercury enters your home sign you will feel back to normal again; back to the charming theatrics at last. Jupiter planet of good luck and fortune has taken up yearlong residence in your solar 12th house of secrets and acts as a silent protector wherever you go. Next summer Jupiter will enter your home sign and the benefits will be maximized for now just lay back and relax knowing the universe indeed
has your back. Saturn Lord of Karma went direct in your solar 4th house of family, home life hasn’t been easy and at times it feels like more work then fun, and there will continue to be many tests until 2015. Plans to move may be placed on hold, responsibilities on the home front may seem taxing; but at least now you have a better sense of what lies ahead it is really up to you to decide if this is the life you really want. Pluto Lord of the Underworld continues to reorganize your work environment. Pluto rules death and transformation so it may seem like your job is a completely different place then it was before, maybe you have witnessed people being laid off or heavy restructuring. This will continue for many years to come with Pluto’s placement here it is imperative you do not take on too many extra responsibilities, sure do your job but that doesn’t entail doing everyone else’s job. Too much work can affect your health, life needs to be well rounded; fun, family and work a little bit of everything should aid in your happiness.
of July you will begin to appeal to the masses, everyone is noticing you! Beauty is at an all time high so make sure you take full advantage of this energy until August 16th. Relationships become more harmonious; people are seeing you in the light of Venus. Your ruling planet of Mercury has been causing you some confusion, drenched in an emotional bath while in the sign of Cancer and working its way backward in retrograde motion it seems your plans can’t get off the ground. You spend more time thinking about what you want to do instead of taking action this should pass once Mercury turns direct on the 20th of July and if things still seem delayed have no fear Mercury returns to your very own sign on August 24th and your mind will move at lightning speed. Jupiter planet of good luck and fortune has settled in for the next year into your 11th house of hopes wishes and likeminded friends Virgos born early in the sign from August 23 – September 2nd should take full advantage of this energy in July and August, call a friend for a reference, ask an associate for the inside scoop on a project; this placement is all about
having friends in high places that are eager and willing to help you achieve your dreams. How lovely! Saturn Lord of Karma and hardship has been transiting your solar 3rd house for awhile indicating relationships with siblings have been strained if not completely broken, you may have established certain boundaries or restrictions which is completely fine after all you cannot take care of others all of the time, sometimes we need to focus on taking care of ourselves. Boundaries should be set with Saturn turning direct on July 8th and everyone now knows where they stand. Neptune planet of dreams and illusions continues to transit your relationship sector, affecting those Virgos born August 23 – September 2nd mostly, you are likely to feel more sensitive now, perhaps looking at the world through a foggy lens; beware of getting involved with married people or those in need of rescuing; boundaries are not clear with Neptune placed here with so many opportunities for love just around the bend really why settle, find someone to take care of you for a change.
Libra
Venus planet of love and beauty doesn’t return to your home sign until August 17th. Venus in Libra is strong; the need for partnership is highlighted while Venus is in Libra relating to others become paramount. But before you run off confessing your undying love for others
Scorpio
Saturn planet of restriction has been turning retrograde in your solar 1st house of self since February having gone direct on July 8th you will begin to set new limits on personal and
you may want to start out as friends. Venus in Leo illuminates your solar 11th house of groups and friendships the first half of July. This is an excellent time to socialize and partake in group activities. Once Venus enters Virgo on the 23rd and slides into your 12th house of secrets you may take that friendship and want to spend one on one time away from the world. This isn’t to say life is all fun and games; it isn’t. Jupiter planet of expansion has nestled in to your solar 10th house of career for the next 12 months giving you the opportunity to shine on the work front, rewards will be given and honors certainly bestowed over the next year. I want you however to tread lightly with this placement Jupiter multiplies whatever it touches and that also includes your work load. Establish boundaries early on or else you will be the one that is doing your job and everyone else’s. Until July 20th it is essential you double check all of your work and before clicking send on that email confirm the recipient, Mercury ruler of communication is turning backward causing more than the average hiccups in correspondence. Any important
meetings or presentations are better postponed until on or after August 9th when Mercury will be in the commanding and theatrical sign of Leo. Everyone will respond to you with ease. Saturn planet of hardship continues to transit your solar 2nd house of money earned and you may feel you do not have a surplus for those designer handbags. Saturn here demands you get serious about your financial future. Uranus planet of liberation continues to visit your solar 7th house of partnerships and you may feel you need more than your average amount of space. You feel unsettled and will continue to find a balance between independence and interdependence in the coming years.
