Monica Majors

Monica Majors had a natural affinity for performing arts from a young age, starting when her parents pulled her off the stage at a sideshow performance at the annual Bread and Puppet Theater in Glover, Vermont, USA. Raised in Vermont, she spent summers between ages 5 and 16 on stilts and elbow-deep in papier maché, solidifying her desire to learn more about theater. Monica worked in the beauty, spa, and medical-spa industry in Los Angeles for five years after earning her bachelor’s degree; then it was off to Switzerland. She enrolled in Les Roches International School of Hotel Management and went on to earn an M.B.A. in hospitality management, with a specialty in marketing. She again graduated with honors in 2009 after a successful year as Class Delegate and Vice President of the student society. She currently works as Director of PR for MSpa, the spa and wellness management company under Minor Hotels.
