Greenhouse Dining & Cigar Lounge What's NEW on our properties

Sipping Terrace at Ocean House

Starting this summer, guests can enjoy three-course dinners or an afternoon tea in their own private greenhouse. Each charming space—adorned with an elegant chandelier and bistro table—accommodates up to six. The Sipping Terrace features Sipsmith gin cocktails served with afternoon tea at 3 p.m. or during dinner, with seatings that start at 5:30 p.m.

The savory menu includes modern tea fare, finished off with scones and the requisite Devonshire cream, lemon curd and preserves. Dinner is family style, featuring upscale picnic items like whole roasted chicken, salad and more.

Try "special-tea" cocktails like Hibiscus are Red, featuring Sipsmith gin, Hibiscus syrup, flowers and soda; or In the Weeds, which combines gin with house-made tarragon tea, lemon, lime and Yellow Chartreuse. Afterwards, it’s time to enjoy a digestif by the firepit and take in the view.

Scotch & Cigar Lounge at Preserve Sporting Club & Residences

An exclusive new experience for scotch and cigar aficionados is coming to the Preserve. This summer, when guests explore the sprawling 3,500-acre property, they will find safari tents fashioned as chic lounges. This luxurious new venue is in collaboration with Bowmore Single Malt Scotch Whisky, distilled on the Isle of Islay in Scotland, and Cohiba cigars, premium handmade cigars blended with the finest tobaccos. The Bowmore tent offers a sweet and savory menu paired with the brand's whiskies, while the Cohiba cigar lounge features a curated cigar collection.

Decorated with plush leather sofas, chairs and Oriental rugs, these high-end tents are meant for lounging, while pairing the finest cuisine with celebrated whisky and luxury cigars.
