CMB1 Desktop Microphone Base Samson’s CMB1 Desktop Microphone Base is an essential accessory for any miniature gooseneck microphone. With its XLR connector, this weighted microphone mount provides added versatility to compatible microphones such as Samson’s CM15P and CM20P. It is the perfect mounting solution for podiums, desks, alters and conference rooms.

The CMB1 features a push switch that can be programmed for either “Push to Talk” or “Push to Mute” operation, as well as a bottom-mounted control for programming the push switch for momentary or latching operation. The unit also includes a LED indicator that illuminates when the microphone is active, making operation as simple as possible. In addition, the CMB1 runs on standard 48-volt phantom power for an optimal user experience.

Thanks to its solid zinc, die-cast construction, the CMB1 is both sturdy and reliable. And with its sleek, unobtrusive design, the CMB1 adds an elegant complement to just about any surface. As aesthetically pleasing as it is completely functional, the CMB1 combines quiet style with total convenience.
