Located in the heart of Zolfa, over 200,000 ft2 in a prime location, the green eye resort is one of the few resort designing comprehenive master that blend the landuses of two residential typologies into an iconic urban from that maintain the privacy of the twin & townhouses yet provide most of villas manificient view over the hill for hotel take a iconic location moved with topography of land with full view and sustinable used for land .
GURI HILL PARK ABU DHABI , UAE
Located in Abu dhabi, which is planned on a site of particular historical and cultural significance. The brief called for the creation of a park that reflects Emariti heritage and culture. The design for GURI HILL PARK focused on enhancing the abundance of elements that sit within the boundary. Nature, Culture, History and Function were the four key design factors that contributed to the development of the park Concept Design to ensure a natural and comfortable setting is provided that represents theEmariti people. The design team successfully achieved MME master plan approval for the layout, following appointment to undertake the full concept design which included the architectural finishes to the park’s ancillary buildings.
AL HAMEDYA SOUQ AJMAN, UAE
In considering a contemporary retail approach, we reviewed retail designs that lend themselves to a more modern mall image. The outcome is a design that personifies a warm and intimate array of spaces, comparable to a traditional Souk or Bazaar, rather than a harsh modern mall environment. The intimate, flowing corridors converge into several interest points, offering a feature element which expresses itself volumetrically through the roof and allowing a reasonable amount of natural light to penetrate. The vertical composition of the complex is a ground floor overlooked by the first floor. Unique to this arrangement are the random placements of mid-level open and green spaces accessible from the first floor and continuing to the roof area. These add greenery to the rooftop and provide break-out spaces for pedestrians.

KUDAI COMPOUND MEKKA, KSA
Responding to the urgent need to provide access to the Islamic world’s most important site, a 3.20 Km x 3.65 km section of land, extending out radially from the Al Haram site is being redeveloped Umm Al Qura, a purpose-formed development Company. it proposed wide Grand Pedestrian Boulevard, flanked by hotels, commercial and retail facilities, residential buildings, car parking, public spaces and public amenities to support religious, social and commercial activities to Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and other visitors and local residents. The project includes a distinctive major bridge as well as metro and rail stations.
DUBAI HEART COMPOUND DUBAI, UAE
Zayed Bay acts as a gateway to the city and is situated between the Maqta and Sheikha Zayed Bridges. The historic Maqta Fort and Watchtower, the Grand Mosque, and Sheikh Zayed Bridge itself form a backdrop for this mixed-use waterfront development. The 75,000 square meter site is divided into 14 plots. Two of the prime waterfront plots are allocated to a hotel and a block of serviced apartments, each of five storeys. There are 7 residential towers of 6 storeys each in the middle, and four 9 storey office buildings at the rear. This offers a stepped skyline to the built up blocks. The eastern end of the development is marked by a 7 storey signature office building, defining the entrance to the landscaped courtyard which extends all the way to the water’s edge. This canopied courtyard was envisaged as an urban gathering place complete with recreational, entertainment and exhibition areas, water features and ground level shops. The buildings are shaped and arranged along axes formed by the paths of the prevailing winds and the views of the surrounding natural, cultural and heritage sights.

The project site accommodates 107 villas, and has an overall dimension of 300 by 180 meters. The plot size for each villa is 22 by 36, with total a area of 600 square meters. The villas share an identical design, with two levels (ground and first floor) in addition to the roof level. The gross floor area per villa is 490 square meters. Additionally, an external service block of 12 square meters will accommodate the driver’s room and associated bath, electrical and garbage facilities. The infrastructure design accounts for neighborhood streets, road and street lighting networks, stormwater networks, a potable water network, electrical power, telecommunication, civil infrastructure, a sewerage network, an irrigation network, and a gas distribution network.

THE CREST AJMAN, UAE
This project occupies a circular island site of 28,700 square meters and is located in Ajman. The site consists of a ground floor, plus an eight level parking podium, providing spaces for 2,046. Comprising of five towers built around a common basement, the Towers include 1,800 units of one, two and three bedroom serviced hotel rooms and residences spreads over 70 storeys. The upper ground floor of the podium has an allday dining restaurant on each tower base, along with retail outlets. The amenities provided by the development are based on the deck of the podium, and include two large swimming pools shared between the five towers. Each tower has its own spa, gym, indoor meeting facilities, and prayer rooms. The inspiration for the form of the towers was a flowing straight, interpreted both in plan and in elevation. The shape of the towers was developed to flow naturally from the circular hiden design and designed to provide the best viewing vantage from the apartments. The project creates a more sophisticated skyline for ajman.
THE BLUE TWIN TOWER FUJEIRA, UAE
The Blue twin Towers with the St. Regis Hotel is a 306,000 square meter mixed-use development which encompasses an extensive collection of luxury hospitality, retail, office, and residential components built on a preeminent site on the corniche in Fujerai. There are 2,000 parking spaces available to support the various functions within the Blue twin Towers, including a beach club with food and beverage outlets which is located on the north of the corniche and connected with the Towers by a tunnel under the Corniche Road. The site is composed of a south block and a north block separated by the Corniche Road. The south block is 55,129 square meters of area, including 38,644 square meters within the property line. The 14,315 square meter beachfront property on the north block is proposed to be augmented with approximately 14,750 square meters of land reclamation. The total development site of combined landscaped and built up area, including a building footprint of approximately 25,750 square meters, reaches 84,000 square meters.
THE MORPHIS TWIN TOWER DUBAI, UAE
Situated at the gateway to Sharjah lagoon o, The Twin are 120 meter high twin towers with a built up area of 220,000 square meters. The towers have spectacular views over the lagoon, and a defining impact on the skyline of the city. The residential towers have been divided into three special categories, the Plaza, Prestige and Signature collections, each with varying levels of luxury. The grand duplexes and luxurious penthouses on the top floors of the towers are among sharjah’s most exclusive residential properties.
DAIMOND I.S. TOWERS SHARJAH, UAE
The 2B+G+3P+32 multi-story residential twin tower & 2B+G+55 office tower in an integral piece of a planned living legends complex and it was designed to embrace and stimulate the life of the development, cearting a distict formation of two identical towers is the key to incorporate independent view for each tower units and to emphasize a public space and locate shops, restaurants and urban amenities at the first two levels as a one combined commercial center linked with office tower have triangle plan for round view.

Located on the gate of KSA from BAHRIN on ALKHOBAR,it gives the project the advantage of sharing the benefits of one of the most well developed business environment. We designed the 20 storey which is situated on king Fahad bridge in the main tourism area of KSA. The design reflects the continuing economic and commercial development of the country; by its adaptive strategies it provides the successful resolution of environmental, urban, cultural and functional issues. The ground floor and mezzanine provide space for retail & hotel operations, while the upper 20 floors are dedicated to hotel appartment. The tower provides parking facilities in the basement. Some of the major benefits of this design include floors without the constraints imposed by obtrusive pillar engineering, enabling the provision of duplex villa areas.

MAG 012 TOWER SHARJAH, UAE
We start Concept Design for a serviced apartments development in Sharjah Khaled lagoon. the plot is in a very prominent location affording uninterrupted views from lagoon across Sharjah to the Lagoon. The 50 storey tower has an overall GFA of 57,500 sqm and accommodates just over 650 apartments of varying sizes from one bedroom to 5 bedrooms. The building form has been generated as a response to specific site conditions attempting to maximise sea views from as many angles as possible. The front and back facades are treated differently, based on the sun path analysis that was been carried out in order to minimise energy consumption and maximise shading. The façade employs a balanced mix of glass and solid panels, which give the building a layered façade. The shift in geometry on the front elevation is a direct response to key distant views, and also helps to create an interesting building massing. The tower is supported on V shaped columns which articulate the main drop off area and entrances to both the serviced apartments and the shopping centre on the ground and first floors.
LOTFY TOWER SHARJAH, UAE
Lotfy Tower in Sharjah is one of the tallest residential towers in the Sharjah, at more than210 meters. The building’s 55 storeys provide about 75,000 square meters of space, including one levels of spa and leisure facilities complete with a running track, 3 large pools and 50 plunge pools. Parking for 574 vehicles is located in two basement levels (180 spaces) and five podium and ground levels (394 spaces). five parking spaces are connected to the 420 luxurious apartments by 6 extra highspeed elevators. The 12-meter high entrance foyer gives visitors and residents an impressive preview of the tower’s design features, and is enhanced by rear-lit onyx panels angled and facing the entrance to the street outside. This standard of quality is repeated in the three floors of swimming pools which are designed using carefully selected travertine and granite finishes. The overall style of the interiors is modern European, presented in a color scheme of white, beige and darker browns. The design, style and level of luxury is intended to match Lotfy Tower prime location in the prestigious sharjah Khaled lagoon development facing and offering unsurpassed views of the Almamzar.
NAEEMI TOWER DUBAI, UAE
ARBIAN TOWER DUBAI, UAE ARBIAN Tower is located in Dubai land, neighboring global village, and has come to be known as one of the most innovative and industrially distinguished structures in this area. The tower is a mixed-use project comprised of office space, residential apartments and commercial and retail space. This project, a major addition to the skyline of dubai, consists of three main elements The first of these is a striking, 50 storey, mixed use office and residential tower, dominating a major intersection in the city. The second element is a five storey podium which accommodating both services and car parking. The third element consists of the 1 floor, main garden, gym,spa,resturant & coffe. A central plant for the entire project is provided at basement and podium levels. Provision exists to enable the services for the retail areas to be metered independently from those of the tower, to allow separate operation of the retail should this be required. The work within the site included both hard and soft landscaping of the areas between the podium and the street.
HAMLTON TOWER DUBAI, UAE We designed the 40 storey tower which is situated on IMPZ zone in the main commercial area of Dubai. The design reflects the continuing economic and commercial development of the country; by its adaptive strategies it provides the successful resolution of environmental, urban, cultural and functional issues.The ground floor and mezzanine provide space for retail shopping operations, while the upper 34 floors are dedicated to residntional . The tower provides parking facilities in the basement. Some of the major benefits of this design include floors without the constraints imposed by obtrusive pillar engineering, enabling the provision of duplex villa areas. In addition to meeting or exceeding a series of green requirements, the tower employs a series of wind turbines and PV panels to provide a renewable source of energy. The sculptured shape of the tower induces wind at the top of the building and wind turbines are specially positioned to generate power for the building.

BABEL MALL - HOTEL BABEL, IRAQ

We were appointed by Helton Hospitality LLC to design a 4 star hotel in Sharjah targeting the mid to upscale corporate business market. The Doubletree by Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn will consist of 340 hotel keys with a further 64 fully serviced suites. Other facilities include a ballroom, extensive meeting facilities, a health club and several restaurants. As the initial design progressed, it became clear that in order to meet both client aspirations and operator brand standards, the hotel and services suites would need to fall under separate brands. On this basis a concept evolved which created a dual branded hotel development, where the hotel and hotel apartments shared the back of house facilities to maximise efficiency. From a design perspective it was important that this duality was reflected in the architectural approach. Each hotel needed its own identity while the overall development also needed to read as one. The final design was based on the two hotel masses interlocked to form a cube. The split between the hotel masses being expressed by a glazed slot, which snakes its way up the building. The faรงade treatment was the same for full mass, however the colour changed to provide each element with its own identity.

The hotel was designed with 44 rooms and related facilities of restaurants, desert camp - restaurant, swimming pools, Musuem and a spa. Hotel & Spa is located in the prime location, and is a unique 5+ Star destination hotel on a plot area of 19,250 square meters. The design revolves around a series of modern guest blocks, interconnected to the public area and set at a maximum five storeys high. The hotel offers 120 rooms, one for every day of the year, comprising standard hotel rooms, suites, penthouses, presidential suites, and five standalone bungalows. The standard rooms start at a luxurious 35-40 square meters, each one complete with a 2 piece bathroom. The amenities areas house luxury and exclusive retail boutiques, a 2,400 square meter ballroom with a seating capacity for 2,000 people, a business center, two high end and exclusive restaurants, an all day dining restaurant, a club lounge, executive lounge, and ciga. The hotel houses a health club with indoor and outdoor pools, landscaped and enhanced by water features to create the impression of an oasis setting, and a roof terrace garden for cocktail parties.

ORCHID SHOPPING CENTER SHARJAH, UAE We provided Architect and Engineer of Record Services for a new mall twenty kilometres west of Sharjah, The plot size for this project is more than eight thousand square meters and it is located adjacent to the Mohamed bin Zayed Highway, close to the Airport and the major intersections of the highway which currently provide access to the plot. The scheme will provide approximately twinty seven thousand square meters of retail units, five thousand five hundred square meters of office space with a hyper-market and other major stores, hundreds of shops, cinemas, leisure facilities including a spa, restaurants and a food court, a luxury mall and an oasis.

AL ARAB MALL SHARJAH, UAE Al arab Mall was designed for rehabitation and redeveloped. The aim was to set a new standard for approaches to sustainable development in Sharjah. The project provides 55,000 square meters of office, retail, hospitality and entertainment space which will create a more pedestrian-friendly, sustainable area in the old part of Sharjah City. Al Arab Mixed Use Development Project is designed on two plots with a total area of 61,303 square meters, located in Sharjah. It is close to the sea and situated at the intersection of two main roads: Tawoun road, Wahda Street and cournish, Al khan. The development consists of an enclosed shopping mall of 46,000 square meters on three levels, including a supermarket, food court, cinemas and family entertainment areas. Office space of 20,000 square meters is provided in a 7 storey building as well as 20,000 square meter of fully furnished, serviced apartments (104 units) arranged on ten floors. A 12 floor, four star hotel consisting of 120 rooms, and a 3,000 square meter spa is located above the apartments. The complex contains a Mosque (500 square meters) for 300 worshippers and parking facilities for 4,250 vehicles in three basements and an adjacent 7 storey building.

The building’s plan takes the form of enclosures reflecting the protective identity of the school whilst also creating a structure that encourages a flexible and efficient use of space. At the centre of the enclosure is a large, multifunctional space; used for sports, teaching, performances, assemblies, and dining. This forms the social heart of the school. The central space is welcoming and visible from all points and provides access to all teaching areas, dispensing with the need for internal corridors. Classroom clusters are turned inwards towards inner courtyards to reflect the protective nature of the school and ensure students privacy. By forming semi enclosed clusters, diverse range of learning environments are created that are capable of supporting different learning styles and encouraging controlled social activities and interactions. They are interconnected through a fabric of gardens, patios, loggias, and terraces. Social, cultural and sports play areas have been developed at different levels to separate different school stages while keeping the visual relation between them. The typical horizontal split between floors has been dissolved by creating visual connections between all levels and Spanish steps further enhance this connectivity for both social interactions and by providing steps from which to view the sports areas.

BUISNESS ADMIN COLLAGE (BAC) is an extraordinary experiment in education involving the creation of an open system of e-learning. The objective is to provide higher education opportunities to local and regional communities, as well as to the wider Arab world, by using modern, technically advanced methods of teaching. From its headquarters in ALAIN, Further expansion is planned for more than twenty countries in the Gulf, the Middle East and Africa. We was responsible for the project and Construction Management of the BAC branch in Al ain. The campus has a built up area of 14,000 square meters on a site of 10,500 square meters, and is located in the center area. The campus buildings were designed to be an example of architectural excellence, as well as an international landmark.

We design the concept design of an extension to the existing DAR ALSHIFAA Hospital, known as the Organ Transplant Center. The hospital provides international standards of care for renal patients, including kidney and stem cell transplants, dialysis, chemotherapy and post operative therapies. The development covers a plot area of 3,666 square meters with an extension linked to the existing hospital by an elevated causeway to facilitate easy movement of patients, staff and equipment between the two buildings. The proposed Designn consists primarily of an intensive care unit and dialysis wing, separate floors for male and female wards, emergency department, diagnostic laboratories, outpatient clinic and will also house a reception and waiting areas, cafeteria, records and an administrative department. The design focuses on the extension providing a calm, welcoming and easily navigated experience for patients and visitors, through the use of glass to create an atmosphere of light and transparency, tempered by the utilization of vertical metal fins on the faรงade to provide privacy to the wards and treatment areas and protection from sunlight and heat.
