The objectives of this museum is to dedicates the items relating the life of Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa, the Former Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain and may also display the items collected by their subjects during their lifetime and the contributions to the community.Simple, bold and beautiful, The Guest Villa is situated on the coastal area off the Arabian Sea overlooking Iran. The villa is designed to cater the needs for the visitors to have an escapism from the bustling life mainly from Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Bahraini tself. It consists of one large concrete rectangular block having a void at the back for the private pool overlooking the manmade jungle behind the villa compound.
The client is a Structural Engineer and a Professor teaching in the University of Bahrain specialising in Post Tensioning. The client requested to have a cantilevered 3 Bedroom Villa with Ensuite toilet having full basement level and future extension on roof top.
The site is located at Amman, Jordan having an acute degree of sloping overlooking the old town of Amman. The program is to have Basement, Ground Floor and Additional Upper floor for future extension.
Villa in Amman, JordanThe design objective for this proposal is to create a monumental totem celebrating the existence of Bahrain Society of Engineers for the past 50 years in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The monument shall be underlining the contributions, participation and everlasting efforts of Bahrain Society of Engineers to the public by creating a symbolical dialogue through the design.
Thus, the design approach is simply finding the geometrical shape that can embellish the existence of the society of the engineers in Bahrain. The shape is a universal symbol with extensive meaning. It represents the notion of totality, wholeness, focus, infinity unity and trustful.
Bahrain Society of Engineers50th Years Commemorative MonumentThis is a 200 Beds Hospital in the heart of bustling Juffair area. The site is surrounded by mixed development and mostly residential blocks circumumbulating the site which tends to create a new paradigm of healthcare in a highly populated zone.
The conceptual design approach was to provide a healthy, stimulating environment based on a wholeof-life philosophy inspired by the benefits of contact with nature and community. Both passive and active strategies have been integrated to engage on a mental and physical level with the underlying message of health promotion and sustainable design.
Bahrain Specialist Hospital, Juffair, Kingdom of BahrainWorks at the chemical engineering building include rebuilding the existing external and internal walls, repairing the structure and building materials of the current building, and installing new floors and roof slabs with the development of all associated electromechanical services.
After the renovation, the chemical engineering students will benefit from all the building facilities that will enable them to study in a healthy and appropriate environment.They are characterised by modernity in the use of architectural elements that enhance the aesthetics of the building, taking into account the provision of sustainability requirements and specifications.
The
1976, this nomenclature simply envisaging meaning to a certain gallery aesthetic characterized by its square or oblong shape, white walls and a light source usually from the ceiling ( skylights / Lightwell). Dividing the gallery spaces following the square fractal ratios and zigguratlook alike stepping down platform is introduced to create a new spectrum between the artist-artwork-art enthusiasts. The artwork is no longer tied to eye level viewing and shall manipulate the viewing angle from the stepping platform. The repercussion shall cultivate relations with objects, but also with subjects.
strategy of the exhibition galleries for the proposal is inspired by Brian O’Doherty’s book , Inside the White Cube- The Ideology of the gallery Space published inThis is a Stadium for Manchester City Club in Abu Dhabi for the purpose of training during the off season. It’s also consisting of a FIFA football pitch, Shopping malls and 5 Star Hotel that overlooking the pitch.
Doctors and Nurses Accomodation at Awali, Kingdom of Bahrain
The accomodations for the Doctors and Nurses will be housing approximately 600 units of a2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms for staffs adjacent to the Bahrain Defense Force Hospital. The functional typology for this complex is a mixtures of commercial on the ground level with community centres and residentials.
The project is mainly to create a new landmark for the Members of Parliament as “a symbol of the democratic and developmental changes brought about in the prosperous era of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and an assertion of the government’s keenness to foster cooperation between the executive and legislative powers” according to the Late Prime Minister, Shaikh Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa.
This proposal consist of New National Assembly Complexes and man made reclamation island in the Juffair area, Kingdom of Bahrain.The intervention for this mosque is heavily inspired from the establishment of Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah Al Munawarah. We believed that Architecture, in general, should always be of service to people. In this case, it is obvious to emulates the fundamental functions of a Prophet’s Mosque in its capacity as a community development center, performed numerous religious and social roles and functions. The Mosque thus was:
• a centre for religious activities;
• a learning centre;
• the seat of the Prophet’s government;
• a welfare and charity centre;
• a detention and rehabilitation centre;
• a place for medical treatment and nursing;
• a place for some leisure activities.
