This report is a comprehensive strategic plan for the Central River City based on the overall assessment of the Parramatta CBD and the existing Eastern Harbour CBD. A Metropolis of Three Cities, Greater Sydney’s Region Plan identifies ten directions, planning priorities and actions for implementation by various levels of the government, the private sector and wider community. This strategic plan for the Central River city aims to ameliorate the existing business as usual models highlighted within the Metropolis of Three Cities, Western City District Plan and the Westmead place strategy, but at the same time aligning with the visions, planning priorities and actions of the overarching documents.
