The site has a triangular shape, which presented a challenge in accommodating the workshop on the first floor without including a ramp The facility includes a showroom and a functional reception area on the ground floor, while the workshop is located on the first floor. The basement houses the workshop's support functions, as well as spare parts storage.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzed and comprehended the client’s brief and project requirements
• Prepared the concept design for the facility, including the showroom, workshop, and site layout, in alignment with the specified requirements, adhering to brand guidelines, and ensuring compliance with local authority regulations
• Led the development of architectural drawings, progressing from concept design to detailed design in collaboration with a team of architects.
• Coordinated with vendors and suppliers to ensure the proper integration of materials and equipment Managed on-site coordination, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Project Brief
This project involved a complex renovation of a 20-year-old structure, which presented significant structural challenges The redesign incorporated the new Mercedes-Benz Corporate Identity (C I ), updating the showroom and service reception to meet modern standards and aesthetics. The entire façade was upgraded in compliance with the latest C.I. guidelines.
The facility now features a Mercedes-Benz vehicle display area, an AMG performance center the first of its kind in the region and a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle display. Additionally, the existing workshop was expanded with extra service bays to accommodate increased operational demands.
Responsibilities:
• Conducted a thorough assessment of the existing 20-year-old building structure to identify challenges and constraints
• Space planning was carried out to optimize the use of the existing structure and services, while ensuring an enhanced customer journey experience.
• Designed the façade and developed critical façade details as part of the project Attended initial meetings with all stakeholders to define the project scope

Project Brief
Site is a rectangular plot with roads on three sides and is approached from the main highway and has clear visibility and accessibility which helped us design the facility picking up the extended format of MercedesBenz showrooms from the C I Manual Space planning was challenging as we have to accommodate the general repair workshop on ground as well as on the first floor in addition to the dealer’s main body and paint workshop in basement.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzed the client’s and business requirements to design a facility that accommodates all needs while optimizing the site profile and adhering to local regulations
• Implemented Mercedes-Benz brand guidelines throughout the design process. Planned the workshop layout on both the ground and first floors, with roof parking, and strategically designed vertical circulation for vehicles to maximize workflow efficiency.
• Collaborated with MEP and structural consultants to ensure the integrity of the intended design was maintained.
• Coordinated with vendors to ensure material and equipment compliance.
• Developed concept design drawings and further refined them into detailed design documentation in collaboration with the team

Site is a rectangular plot with roads on three sides and has chamfered edge on 2 sides. Client’s brief was to create townhouse with Mediterranean look and to have swimming pool for each villa with semicovered parking spaces for atleast 2 cars

• Analyzed the client’s brief to execute site and space planning in alignment with the agreed area program.
• Designed a layout to accommodate five villas, each featuring five bedrooms Developed elevation options adhering to the Mediterranean architectural theme and created 3D models with rendered views for visualization.

Different typologies of Villa follow a distinct architectural style as per the guidelines from master developer Nakheel Keeping that in mind, elevations need to be developed for this 5bed villa with swimming pool at the backyard.
Responsibilities:
• Analyzed the client’s requirements to design Villa that accommodates all needs with modern touch from inside and traditional look on the outside
• Big living room and family area to be planned on the ground floor overlooking the swimming in the backyard.

During the tenure at Iconic Contracting & Landscaping LLC in the year 2015, I have worked on the multiple projects ranging from Villas to Podiums of Tower in Dubai.

Project Brief
Planned as linear blocks with a central core for maximizing views and ventilation, the development comprises of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom apartment blocks that are spread across to ensure diverse choices for prospective residents. With space constraint as a prime challenge, orientation options were devised for the clusters that were provided with large green spaces, water bodies, sports facilities, an amphitheater, a commercial area and a club for recreation Also, the site planning augments resident-resident interaction with common entrance-exits for two buildings that also enables the streamlining of vehicular and pedestrian movement.
Responsibility
• Assisted in creating detailed architectural working drawings to ensure design accuracy and clarity for construction.
• Prepared conceptual 3D models, including a solar façade study, to evaluate sustainable design solutions.
• Produced 2D drawings for a sample flat, selected materials, and coordinated closely with the site team to ensure design intent was met.

In the rapidly urbanizing NCR, with upcoming commercial accomplishments, on a daily basis, Panorama sets apart its unique and distinct character by being an integral social and leisure hub with its retail, entertainment and hospitality facilities.

At its 5.5 Acre campus in Gurgaon, the design of the School exploits an innovative spatial palette with high-level technology and innovation Spatial planning ensures easy access, circulation and ambient environments for all types of educational and recreational activities. Lush green spaces welcome the student into the academic block that houses the classrooms, and the administrative section of the school The activities are arranged in a manner that the pre-primary classes have been allotted the lower ground and the upper ground floor to limit their movement on stairs. The primary section has been allotted the upper ground and the first floor and as one ascends further, the middle and senior classrooms are arranged on the second and third floor The IB classes occupy the north side of the building.
