BRIEF The complex is a whole that is greater than sum of the parts that are deeply interconnected creating a unique experience. The plan are clean and organized as flexibility and integration is the core aspect of the project. It is designed to attract the people from different sectors and organization onto one platform for exchange of fruitful ideas and possibilities. A plethora of opportunities are created as function is not limited to commercial, recreational and contemplating spaces with focus being on boosting the interactive quotient. The design negotiates an office spaces with private offices and retail spaces. The main focus of design was to create working and efficient core and shell within a space.

FINAL FORM
The main idea of design was to design a creative spaces for user to work, The modern workplace takes wellness more into consideration than traditional spaces. In a creative space, there is access to more natural light since the space is more open. Starting it with a simple cube and dividing it into different pages I explored few forms which are influenced from the concept of cantilevered balconies, flexible working areas, addition and sub traction of small blocks from a big block.
Symmetry
Focus
Symmetry has been creted by dividing the site into two equal and simialr part.
When the point is moved off-center, however, its field becomes more aggressive and begins to compete for visual supremacy. Visual tension is created between the point and its field

plane
Having rectangular site, using the concept of symmetry and focus and started to visualize the space, taking a point at the center of intersection of lines from the edges I shifted the point at one corner creating more depth and as the site is located with high rise residential housing so it needs a visual supremacy, it is archived by shifting the focus at one corner of the site After that putting a volume to that point, various factor like sun position for better ventilation and lighting started coming into consideration, then cutting a plane from the center and it give a ‘C’ shaped building form. Looking deeper into floor plate I started removing and adding planes for better visual connectivity, lighting, ventilation and providing owner a more flexible space for lease. In Norther part of India, SE and S facing building are more advantageous as the space receives more daylight during winters which keep the space warm naturally, but i needs a proper shading devices as summer can be a bit hot.
SECTION XX’
Perforated Aluminum sheet over curtain wall give a different aesthetic to the building not only from the outside but creating an interesting pattern inside of the building, which give a lively feeling and act as an spatial character that helps to lighten the mood of workers in office. When you enter a space first thing you go through are green space ,which not only provide better temperature control but also these spaces are used by users to relax. Walkways are accompanied by the green spaces. Which give users a feeling of healthy environment as one feel more closer to environment. Accessible balconies in a building gives a flexible for the owner to rent out or sell the space. Offices who need balconies and open areas are best suited here. Like creative design office spaces are flexible and more friendly and open,in addition to the cubical in office. These kind of variation in building give owner a variety of space. CORE B BASEMENT

Cores inside the building are placed according to the National Building Code. With the span of building 79.23m x 31.38m we have to provide two cores and minimum three fire escape staircase(two are within the cores and one is outside the cores), The span between the two cores is 30m and distance of fire escape staircase from core B is 2m. Natural light is one of the integral part of design, providing comfort, health and mood of the human, but it varies depending on where we are. It help to draw attention to important elements of design like texture, colours and the type of space. Daylight provides high illuminance and permits excellent colour discrimination and colour rendering. South-East and South-West facade shading device are designed in a way which allows the diffused and adequate amount of light to enter the space. Louvers on northern faced helps us to achieve proper ventilation though the space and get the adequate amount of light.

BRIEF The theme of Re-Imagining Conventions is explored in 3 sub-themes - each as a dedicated full-fledged zone - these are Forum, Event, and Cultural Zones. The Forum Zone is a platform for driving growth by engaging public and influential participation in constructive dialogue at the highest level by facilitating lectures, exhibitions, libraries, and workshops. It is a place to network, collaborate, and be inspired to promote entrepreneurship. The Event Zone is a state-of-the-art venue ideal for conferences, concerts, galas, expos, fairs, exhibitions, product launches, award ceremonies, and more. It aims to identify and exhibit opportunities for mutual development through dedicated facilities for hosting and promoting medium-large scale events. To celebrate the spirit of Delhi, the Cultural Zone is where users heighten their senses, with everything ranging from festivals, cuisines, parades, stage shows and concerts, to national celebrations. The zone incorporates permanent galleries, grand theaters, exhibition halls, food courts, viewing decks, and supporting facilities. Furthermore, the zones are interconnected through pedestrian routes and landscape interventions that weave through the site, creating external courtyards, where circulation will intersect with outdoor events and exhibitions, so people can enjoy a platform to inspire collective and meaningful action.
E SIT The road which passed right through the middle of the site can be easily seen from the highway, the road is unbuilt and can be developed as the part of the site.
The entrance to the site is through a steep slope with a drop of 4.5 to 5 meters. The entrance to the site is through the service lane.
To get vehicular and pedestrian access to site, one should get the service lane from NH-48 highway

At a micro level, the envisioned expo center would bring out the aforementioned essence of Delhi through its built-form and reflect the city’s character on its skin. It will be a reflection of where the city is headed from where it is today. The center will facilitate events of all scales, with spaces that adapt to its functional requirements over a period of time, thus, becoming a comprehensive solution for all kinds of major events happening in the city, ranging from large exhibitions to bustling outdoor festivals, driving the city’s insatiable need to learn, grow, and progress by connecting local with global partners, investors, and leaders. Furthermore, the site is invigorated to be alive throughout the day and night, regardless of occasion, by offering rejuvenation to the public realm through urban parks and recreational spaces. When catering to such a large influx of people and movement, on a micro level, a practical traffic intervention is to keep the ground free of vehicular movement by directing it underground, while restricting the site solely to pedestrian traffic .
RES
TEMPORARY SPACE
To truly enrich our theme which calls to embrace the spirit of re-interpretation, a platform for exposure to different cultures shall be realized from the experience of the international center, which aligns with introducing local and exotic cuisines, venues for discussions, fairs, and entertainment experiences of a global scale
